With the improvement of living standard and upgrade the level of consumptio n, consumers set higher demand for the appearance of diapers and its comfort. Co mbined with the rising of raw materials, energy prices and labor costs, diapers eq uipment users at home and abroad set higher and higher demand on diapers produ ction equipment's efficiency and production quality stability. In this paper, the who le servo adult diapers equipment have the characteristics of digital, networked, inte lligent, and it is also the first production line equipmented domestic with numeric al control system in this industry.To improve diapers production line's efficiency a nd production quality stability, our research team studies its multi-axis synchronize d motion and tension control of rolling institution.Firstly, the paper introduces the diapers production structure and production li ne process. According to the process requirement analysis, the overall scheme of h ardware is designed.Baesd on the design, the huazhong CNC digital motion contro l system is used and controller in series with IO module and servo drivers via Eh ercat bus.Based on IEC61131-3 standard, the overall scheme of software is design ed.On software application development platform Co De Sys, our research team desi gn interface program, logical program and axis control program.Secondly, our research team studies its multi-axis synchronized motion and te nsion control of rolling institution.Synchronous control technology includes speed s ynchronization and phase synchronization, adopting the electronic gear control sche me based on virtual axis to realize two synchronous control. According to the pri nciple of tension control and tension control system, it adopts PID closed-loop co ntrol system. Tension rocker potentiometer feedbacks voltage size.To achieve const ant tension control, it uses PID arithmetic to control the motor speed to control tension rocker position.Finally, the paper introduces the diapers production line's human-machine inte rface. And simulation experiment on Co De Sys and field experiments to verify mul ti-axis synchronized motion are conducted.
