Rewinding is the last procedure in the process of paper winding and production.What's more,the quality of the roll paper will be affected directly by the control effect of tension during such process.Excessive tension will stretch the paper,and decrease the quality and affect the life length of the roll paper.On the contrary,insufficient tension will loosen the paper,and make the uneven thickness and edges of the roll paper.Therefore,in order to guarantee the high-quality and high-efficiency production of roll paper,tension control becomes a key process during the paper rewinding.The winder is a typical multi-axis tension servo system.For this system,the main work of this paper is as follows.(1)Through the analysis of the tension generation mechanism in both rolling-up and rolling-back part of the multi-axis rewinding machine,the dynamic tension mechanism model of the rewinding process is established.According to the dynamic characteristics of the tension,the tension control method,speed control method and deviation correction control method are respectively developed.(2)According to the control method,the Rockwell PLC is used to develop the multi-axis servo tension control system.This paper completed the hardware selection and electrical design of the control system.The hardware design includes the PLC selection,the servo selection,the transmitter selection,the overall wiring diagram design,etc.The software development includes the PID control program by Rslogix5000.The device configuration by RSLinx Classic Lite is established,and the human-computer interaction interface generated by Factory Talk View is established.The results are shown by the actual operation.The control system designed in this paper can obtain good tension control effect.In this paper,the controlled object is the multi-axis servo tension system.The control method is designed and the corresponding control system is developed.The good control effect is obtained.Therefore,this work has the important reference significance for the tension control of all kinds of industry.
