At present, most of the coal mine personnel positioning use regional location in China, its positioning accuracy and efficiency can not meet the needs of modern mine production management. The research of high precision underground personnel positioning system has become one of the hot spots in the coal mine safety production technology. High precision positioning system not only helps to monitor the safety production process of mining space in real time, but also plays an important role in the disaster relief and rescue.Based on the analysis and comparison of Zig Bee, Bluetooth, Ir DA, Wi-Fi and other wireless communication technology, this paper chooses Zig Bee technology as the communication technology of personnel positioning system.A weighted centroid localization algorithm based on RSSI is presented. The dynamic acquisition of environmental parameters improves the accuracy of positioning algorithm, and then combined with the weighted centroid algorithm to complete the positioning.Through experiments, this paper makes a comparison between the algorithm, the fixed N value weighted centroid algorithm and the dynamic n three edge location algorithm, the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the other two algorithms in terms of coordinate point bit error and average point position error, namely the algorithm proposed in this paper has littler error and higher precision, which can adapt to the complex environment in coal mine.With the algorithm proposed in this paper as the core, through the detailed analysis of the actual demand of coal mine underground positioning, the system function module was constructed, the overall scheme and system structure of the underground personnel positioning system was designed. The hardware structure of the node equipment of the positioning system is analyzed, and the data communication platform is constructed by the combination of Zig Bee wireless network and bus. The CC2530 chip is used as the core processing module of the system. The development and testing of the host computer prototype system and the lower computer software were completed in theintegrated environment of IAR Embedded Workbench and Microsoft visual studio 2010.The operating results of the prototype system show that the average positioning accuracy of the experiment is about 2 meters, which can achieve the accurate positioning of personnel in Coal Mine.
