The coal mine safety system is divided into six subsystems,which consist of monitoring,personnel positioning,emergency risk avoidance,pressure air self-rescue,water supply rescue and communication.Although with the development of science and technology and the increasingly perfect production supervision mechanism,the special environment under the mine still causes various types of safety accidents in the downhole.The downhole positioning system can position people both time and place,as well as monitor various environmental parameters in the downhole.Therefore,once an accident occurs,it can effectively improve the rescue efficiency and reduce the risk factor of coal mine production.This paper first discusses the advantages and shorts of various current positioning systems,and finally decided to use Zigbee technology to achieve the development of downhole personnel positioning.This topic is to combine the various examples developed in china and abroad to derive the advantages of Zigbee technology positioning.Then explore the Zigbee protocol;discuss the advantages and shorts of the three network types.Summarize the composition and management of the Zigbee wireless network.This paper designs a downhole personnel positioning system based on Zigbee technology.From the overall structure of the system,the trunk line is transmitted by the fiber-optic cable network,the command system is on the ground,and the downhole uses a wireless subsystem.The fiber-optic cable network uses the existing fiber-optic network under the mine.The wireless sub-network uses Zigbee technology.The hardware part of the system uses TI company’s Zigbee wireless chip CC2530 as the core chip.The system selects the coordinator hardware circuit;the reference node circuit;the mobile node circuit,because the mobile node needs the positioning engine,so CC2531 is selected as the core chip;the 2.4 GHz RF routing node circuit is used,and the storage part is added to the routing node as Zigbee location Sub-station.In the experiment,the RSSI positioning algorithm was selected,which is a selection result after comparing various algorithms,and improved for the downhole,and can simulate the attenuation mode near the downhole environment.The coordinator is connected to the host computer,and at least three reference nodes are used to realize the basic positioning of the mobile node,and the positioning result is displayed by the positioning software Z-Location Engine.The results of various test experiments show that the software of the positioning design on the command side shows normal,positioning accuracy,and the algorithm can basically meet the design requirements.The downhole personnel can conveniently carry the positioning terminal,and through technology expansion,can identify person ID in real time and monitor the downhole environment.The reference node of the Zigbee wireless network for positioning has the self-organizing function of the network,and can be used in various places and various occasions in the downhole.
