| Environmental protection activities and their extended influence are becoming new impetus to economic development.Environmental technology advancement driven by environmental technology investment will affect the sustainability of economic growth through supporting the development of environmental protection industry and infiltration of the whole economy.The paper analyzes along the basic logic structure of empirical analysis,evidence how the environmental protection technology investment affects the sustainable economic growth.This paper constructs the theoretical framework of the impact of environmental technology investment on sustainable economic growth,and analyzes systematically from externality,structure effect,scale effect,cost mechanism,economic benefit and "Porter hypothesis".Based on panel data from 2003 to 2012,this paper constructs a dynamic panel data model of environmental technology investment and sustainable economic growth.Absorb and re calculate "environmental protection scientific research project funds" and "research funding" and"environmental protection funds for fixed assets" and other indicators of data measurement technology of environmental protection investment variables,using principal component analysis method to form the sustainable economic growth data,the number of cores according to the results of the total effect take empirical test paradigm based on theoretical assumptions,the application of GMM dynamic panel data analysis of influence of process inspection technology of environmental protection investment on economic sustainable growth.The empirical analysis also examines the impact of environmental technology investment on sustainable economic growth in the eastern,central and western regions.The paper further takes the "circular economy construction of Guangdong Province during the period of 12th Five-Year" as a case,and based on the empirical analysis method,proves the theoretical analysis effect and empirical test results.The analysis found that environmental technology investment has a significant positive effect on the sustainable economic growth in the long term.Further examination based on the phased analysis shows that the investment in environmental protection technology and the sustainable growth of economy are forward sigmoid cubic Relationship,this result can reveal different levels of specific investment strategy.The study also found that the contribution of environmental technology investment to the economic growth of the central region is the most significant.Compared with the western region,the economic growth effect of environmental technology investment in the eastern region is more obvious.Based on the above analysis,it is proposed that the project of environmental protection technology should be innovated,the technical standard of environmental protection should be improved step by step,the development of applicable environmental protection technology and the strategic environmental technology research and development should be promoted.Using the advanced and mature environmental protection technology investment benefit improvement model,the environmental technology investment Intensity and other strategies are conducive to promoting sustainable economic growth. |
