As the prerequisite of the sustainable development of human society,ecological security and ecological security evaluation have become a hotspot of research,and are equally important to national security,military security,economic security and security policy.Our country has taken excessive exploitation and utilization of resources to achieve rapid economic growth,coupled with the lack of ecological consciousness,causing urban problems,such as environmental pollution,ecological destruction,resource depletion and traffic congestion,affecting the structure and function of ecosystem.Therefore,correctly understanding China's recent status of the development of ecological security,further studying of the evolution mechanism and dynamic process of ecological security,analyzing the factors influencing the ecological security level will be great significances to promoting the sustainable development of ecological safety in our country.Combining with the special national conditions of our country,we can build evaluation index system and evaluation grade standard of ecological security from six elements layer,the population and economic pressure,the resources and environment pressure,the resources and environment condition,social life state,economic and cultural response and ecological response.From the information entropy,basing on maximum information entropy principle(MIEP),with the self-organizing feature map neural network(SOFM)as algorithm,we can build a dynamic model of the ecological security evaluation from the perspective of the evolution of complex system structure,applying the comprehensive evaluation of ecological safety to 29 areas in our country,at the same time deeply analyzing Beijing,Hubei,and Liaoning.The results show that ecological security index characteristic values,? shows the increasing trend in the study area,and ecological security are gradually improving from 2006 to 2013.The Northeast and Central-Southern ecological securities are significantly better.Poor ecological security status in our country concentrates in border area of North,Central-Southern and Northwest China,and the development of ecological security construction of edge area is better and faster than the central region.In 2013,beside that economic and pressures still needs planning regulation,ecological security system structure of Beijing has been stably developing.Increasing speed of ecological safety characteristic value of Hubei province presents a sometimes big and sometimes small trend,and the Liaoning increases at first then decreases.Through the forecast analysis to higher correlation indexes of Beijing,Hubei and Liaoning,MIEP model has feasibility and scientific nature for ecological security prediction.MIEP model can reflect from dynamic mechanism and elements interactions of ecological security and the evaluation results can be quantitatively expressed by ?,and connection weights can be obtained in the process of self-organization in SOFM network,avoiding the subjectivity of artificial setting.At the same time,it also has reliability in the ecological security prediction.
