Hazardous chemicals terminal operation is an important node of waterway transportation.Characteristics of hazardous chemicals terminal operation system include significant openness,dymamics,uncertainty,irrevesibility and catastrophy owing to the impact of physical properties of hazardous chemicalsd and complex operating environment as well.Taking account of the above characteristics of the hazardous chemicals terminal operation system,this paper carried out studied on the safety of the hazardous chemicals terminal operation system on basis of the theory of dissipation and entropy.First of all,this paper by use of human-machine-environment system engineering studied the composition of hazardous chemicals terminal operation system,and put forward hazardous chemicals terminal operation system model,which consists of five safety elements,namely human,machine,environment,chemicals and management.After,analyzing the structure and characteristics of the hazardous chemicals terminal operation system,this paper determed that the hazardous chemicals terminal operation system is a typical dissipative system.It is proposed to carry out safety evaluation research from the aspect of stability.Secondly,the indication system of hazardous chemicals wharf operation system was determined,and the relationship between system entropy and stability was analyzed.The conception of safety entropy of hazardous chemicals terminal operation system was proposed and the mathematical model of system security entropy was established for the safety evaluation of hazardous chemicals wharf operation system.Finally,a case is selected for verification.With reference to the risk classification principle of dangerous chemicals industry,the corresponding safety level of the system is determined.The membership function of each index is determined by the intuitive method.The comprehensive calculation of each index weight is performed by a combination of expert investigation and entropy method,substituting the dangerous membership degree and weight of the index into the safety entropy model,and calculating the safety entropy value of system to obtain the stability level of system.This paper used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to re-evaluate and analyze the results of the two evaluation methods,proved the accuracy and reliability of the safety evaluation method based on the safety entropy,and was of important practical significance for ensuring the safety of the hazardous chemicals terminaloperation system.
