With the scale of livestock and poultry farming in China,the degree of intensification and specialization has been continuously improved.The problem of environmental pollution caused by animal husbandry and aquaculture is becoming more and more serious,especially the effect of malodorous gas on the atmospheric environment.The stench in the farm not only affects the health of humans and livestock,but also causes serious damage to the farms and the surrounding environment.With the continuous improvement and implementation of various laws and regulations on environmental protection in the country,the work of abatement of malodorous gas in farms has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the design and research of bio-oxidation device for malodorous gas in farms.In this paper,designed an ammonia bio-oxidation plant based on biological deodorization technology and PLC control technology,the biological method relative to other traditional deodorant technology with low cost,high deodorization efficiency,no secondary pollution,which is widely concerned at home and abroad.PLC control system mainly includes hardware circuit design,construction and software system design.The hardware system is based on the DVP32ES200 RPLC as the control unit,with all kinds of sensors(temperature and humidity,pH,etc.),using Delta DOP-B10S411 Human Machine Interaction as the system PC;software system based on Ladder Logic Programming Language using WPLSoft software development,the system to achieve data collection,processing and display storage and other functions.(1)This paper first in the laboratory to complete the small test device experiment,the small test device to run 2 months to complete the choice of biological filler and the cultivation of specialized microbial flora and domestication,bio-oxidation device filler using volcanic fillers and polyurethane filler two kinds of filler as test subject.The experimental results show that the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the two fillers can reach more than 85%,but the ammonia nitrogen conversion rate of the volcanic fillers is only 60%,and the ammonia nitrogen conversion rate of the polyurethane filler can reach 75%.At the same time compare the two kinds of filler physical properties and cost-effective,so the bio-oxidation device filler selection of polyurethane filler.(2)The monitoring system of the bio-oxidation unit has a good Human Machine Interaction(HMI),the operation is simple and convenient,the user can be very convenient on the industrial display to see the overall operation of the device and the monitoring parameters of the data,modify the control time and Controlled object start and stop.(3)According to the characteristics of ammonia pollution in farms,combined with the actual situation of porridge ventilation in farms,the demonstration plant of the farm is completed.biological oxidation device using ventilation pipe connected with the pig,the biooxidation device has an independent fan.After the completion of the design of a pig farm in Beijing conducted a pilot plant demonstration structures,completed after the completion of long-term experiments and continuous experiments to verify its treatment effect.The results showed that the volume fraction of ammonia in the pig was fluctuated from 1.0 × 10-5 to 3.0 × 10-5 day and night,and the ammonia removal rate of the bio-oxidation unit was about 90%.The bio-oxidation device is the first domestic biodegradation technology used in the field odor treatment at the farm,and to achieve a good expected effect.The device realizes the realtime monitoring and control of the environmental parameters of the reactor,improves the control ability of the whole device,effectively reduces the system failure and maintenance costs,and reduces the farm staff contact with pollutants,improve the farm air environment,Effectively avoid the secondary pollution,and the whole device has a stable and reliable operation,low operating costs and so on.
