Every year,China suffers from a large number of natural disasters,which had caused serious influence on the economic and social development of our country and the safety of people's life and property.Early warning to areas with possible disaster,using effective preventive measures,can reduce the loss caused to the extent possible.China has established national early warning information publishing system,but the release means are traditional communication methods,with problems of low timeliness and limited signal coverage.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of special satellite communication early warning information systems,which can solve the problems of time effectiveness and signal coverage meanwhile,can also be a supplement and perfection to the national early warning publishing system.Based on the further research of satellite early warning information publishing system,the paper mainly completed the following innovative research results.1.According to the overall design of satellite early warning information publishing system,the system composition and function,working frequency characteristics,system transmission system and link transmission capacity are studied in detail,which lays the foundation for the final realization of the system.2.The security issue of early warning information is studied in detail.First,design the user rights management process,through strict user rights management can effectively prevent illegal users login and information release.Secondly,in the intrusion signal detection technology,the fast synchronization capture algorithm based on code matching is proposed,using this method can achieve fast capture signal in 1 second,and judge the intrusion signal and take corresponding safety measures.3.According to the high efficiency and precision issue of early warning information,the timeliness and regional aspects are studied deeply.Under the premise of supporting multiple release forms,through the optimization design of protocol stack protocols,it saves channel resources,simplifies the processing process and,compared with UDP protocol,it greatly improves the efficiency of information transmission,and ensures the timeliness of the system.The conditional information decision method is a new decision method on MAC layer address,using this method can ensure that the early warning information is send to the specified area,and meets the regional requirements of early warning information.Finally,a set of disaster warning information release demonstration system based on C-band is built,and the whole system is tested and verified.The system supports many business publishing forms such as unicast,multicast,and broadcast,it can safely and accurately publish the early warning information.The system has the characteristics of low operation cost,simple maintenance,strong practicability,quick transmission,and has practical applicability,and can be widely used in more fields.
