Oil and gas pipelines is a highly dangerous structures that after serving for a long time,due to external interference,corrosion,pipe material and construction quality and failure accident reason,lead to fire,explosion,poisoning,etc.,causing great economic losses and casualties and environmental pollution.Daqing oil field after years of development,to reduce the pipeline corrosion,aging serious whole,attenuation performance,corrosion,accidents such as leak;Combined with the daqing oil field production decline,pipeline throughput lower than design value,gradually pipe temperature drop more,in the process of the actual delivery of condensing tube and other safety accidents tend to increase.In order to guarantee the safety of the pipeline running smoothly,the pipeline safe operation management experience at home and abroad for reference,on the basis of combined with the condition of pipeline,conducted in daqing crude oil pipeline safety production technology research and integrity evaluation.The main technical achievements are as follows:(1)With the production operation situation of pipelines.the pipelines and business requirements,the combination of pipeline integrity management standards and the implementation of integrity management at home and abroad for many years of accumulated rich experience,developed can meet the demand of integrity management,reasonable structure of the pipeline integrity management data model,the formation of the pipeline integrity management data collection template,meet pipelines.the pipelines construction period and operation period,the integrity of pipe the whole life cycle management data requirements.(2)Developed pipelines.the pipeline integrity management system based on GIS system.The system consists of risk management,management of ontology,disaster prevention,corrosion protection,pipeline protection,defend,vascular repair,maintenance and other business information,also contains a pipeline management related standards,laws and regulations,technical specifications,software information,basic data and other technical information.With the aid of the system,will provide a pipelines.the pipelines management pipeline management and information sharing platform,and through this platform can further integration,the integration of pipeline business.Pipeline management at the level of the user can through the pipeline integrity management system unified platform,business data provided,according to the authorization process is dealt with,statistical analysis,historical data query browsing,technical data sharing and management effectiveness evaluation,basic data query operations such as maintenance,makes the pipeline business management level and operation mode was further specification,to improve the management level.(3)Based on the pipeline high consequence analysis procedures of pipelines.the pipelines for high consequence zone identification work,consensus don’t make 21 HCA.Among them,the HCA supreme is divided into 480 points,the lowest is divided into 4 points.Main reason is that the population of high consequences area,river,highway and railway,etc.(4)Considering factors of influencing safe operation of pipeline and the harm degree,developed a method based on RiskScore pipelines.the pipelines risk evaluation software.With the analysis of the software,the risk level of pipelines.the pipelines,has been clear about the pipe section high risk factors and risk.The evaluation results show that the main factor of failure of pipelines.the pipelines for manufacturing and construction defects and the third party damage.The pipeline failure probability score was 455.042,the highest score of 460.586 points,the lowest score of 433.586 points,the risk score of 53.481 points.
