The Research On Land Ecological Security Evaluation Of Hunan Province

In recent years,with the economic and social development,human irrational development to land resources is becoming serious.How to maintain the sustainable development and utilization of land resources has become a new issue for the sustainable development of human society.It is great theoretical and practical significance to scientifically evaluate the ecological security of land and to develop reasonable policies to guide the practice.This paper selects 31 index to construct the evaluation index system of land ecological security based on DPSIR(Drivers– Pressures– State –Impacts–Responses framework)and applies entropy weight method and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method analysis method to calculate the security index of the whole land ecology.This paper conducts the evaluation on the land ecological security of Hunan province from the 2005 to 2015.Indictor weight were ascertained based on entropy weight method and used to identify important indicators.The main influence factors of land ecological security in Hunan Province were economic density,the registered unemployment rate in urban areas,city level,forest coverage,cultivated land area mulch application rate,soil erosion area and built-up area green coverage rate.At the same time,the comprehensive value of land ecological security was calculated by using entropy value of 2005-2015.SPSS 19 software was used to test the results of land ecological security evaluation in Hunan Province.The results showed that the comprehensive value of land ecological security in Hunan province was significantly correlated with the land driving force system,the land state subsystem,the land influence subsystem and the land response subsystem.According to the 13 th Five-Year planning(Ecological target value in 2020),this paper establishes the standard level of land ecological security in Hunan province.Hunan province from 2005 to 2007,the safety level was grade;2008-2013 in the past five years,except 2012,the safety level was level III,critical security;2012,2014,2015 for the ?class,more secure.this can be very intuitive to see that the Hunan Province in recent years,the implementation of the project of returning farmland to forest,city greening engineering and energy-saving emission reduction projects have achieved very good results.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the maintenance of land ecological security in Hunan from four aspects of economy,law,administration and technology.
