The main work of this project is the design of the eastern main gas pipeline network(from Panjin gate station to Gaosheng pressure regulating station and Lengjia pressure regulating station)and distribution network(Gaosheng pressure regulating station and Lengjia pressure regulating station).The required gas transmission capacity annually is 10.18×108m3/a,the distance of main gas pipeline network is 42.7km and the distance of distribution network is 27.03 km.This design is mainly based on the feasibility study design,using Software process PIPELINESTUDIO 2.8 version of the British company ESI and COLEBROOK formula for process calculation in order to calculate in different design pressure?pipe diameter.According to the change of natural gas output,optimizing the operation of pipeline project investment and considering the investment of this project,the optimal scheme is selected and optimized from different process.Through calculation and comparison,the design pressure of eastern main gas pipeline network(from Panjin gate station to Gaosheng pressure regulating station and Lengjia pressure regulating station)is 3.9MPa,the diameter ranging from DN200 to DN350,the pipe material is L360 MB.The design pressure of distribution network(Gaosheng pressure regulating station and Lengjia pressure regulating station)is 0.6MPa,the diameter ranging from DN100 to DN350,the pipe material is L245 or 20# steel.This project analyzes the pipeline crossing engineering,pipeline laying,pipeline seismic protection measures,pigging and pressure test,pipeline corrosion and determine the final process plan.
