China's current main oilfield injection production technology has been gradually towards the fine layer,small chuck distance development,at the same time,injection production technology is gradually developing to high temperature and high pressure formation and ultra deep well,thermal recovery wells,tube wells is an important material and equipment necessary for petroleum exploration and development,can be said that the process of petroleum exploration industry is a lot of use and consumption process of oil well pipes.The tubing failure directly results in the interruption of normal production,equipment damage and oil and gas leakage.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the mechanical behavior of the gas production tubing string and analyze the stress of the casing string.In this paper,based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign mechanical analysis and theoretical calculation of the underground gas extraction column,the mechanical analysis of the underground gas extraction column is carried out.In this paper,using finite element analysis software on the mechanical properties of pipe column completion analysis,analysis method is presented using beam element and contact gap element finite element pipe mechanics,by changing the basic parameters of stress under different working conditions of pipe string were analyzed,the results showed that under different load when the stress and deformation of column.At the same time,the mechanical test platform of the packer is established,and the structure of the test is designed.According to the string mechanics theory,based on the similarity theory,carry out the mechanical behavior test tube column model in pipe mechanics test,the test results and the theoretical results of comparison and analysis,the maximum relative error is 5.1%,to verify the correctness of the calculation model of Guan Zhu mechanics.Finally,aiming at the common thread before and after fracturing,oil pipe joints under tension and compression load,internal pressure and bending loads under stress and tightness of the numerical simulation,the finite element method to establish the model of thread joint,simplified joint load in underground working process,calculate the thread sealing structure in the under different loads and the stress distribution and the change rule and the sealing performance,provide the basis for the development of the integration of gas tubing and practical application.
