Design Of Fast Moving Devices For Desert Drilling Rig

Taking the opportunity of Middle East drilling rig market development of China Petroleum Liaohe Equipment Company,this paper provides the design of fast moving devices for drilling rig used in desert oilfield of Middle East on the basis of CPLEC's mature design of 2000 HP land drilling rig(trailer towing type),which shall meet the demand of fast moving when mast and substructure rig up on short distance transportation or rig down when traffic conditions are subject to restriction.The paper starts with the introduction of main design and parameters of the fast moving devices for desert drilling rig.Then,the paper draws a conclusion of maximum load and tie pressure distribution of fast moving devices under various working demands via gravity position and deviation calculation;performs the calculation and finite-element analysis for key part of the devices,passing performance.Through the confirmation and calculation of the paper,the design of fast moving devices meets the requirements.
