As the development of macro-economic activities of the word,increased energy demand have driven many large international oil companies to speed up their exploitation capacity.Thus,they need more and more drilling rigs,especially fast-moving drilling rigs.Rig's mobility and the carrying time are becoming critical issue for drilling rigs which are expecting to go farther in international market.With assimilation of the advanced technology and successful usage abroad,the program of 70 D quick-carrying rig designed based on the theory of quick-carrying rig,it introduces the characteristics of the programs that the rig move unitary and split,and the difference between the conventional modes of transport.According to the project requirements and other relevant provisions,choosing the program of moving unitary,that focus on the project transporting entirety to design.In this paper,the moving process of integral moving system on ZJ70 D were studied,integrated moving structure and finite element model were established based on the finite element software SAFI.By studying the porthole die extrusion process,following conclusions are gotten: the part of a larger force and deformation are located in the bottom of the left rear part of substructure in moving process;at the same time we know the center of gravity position located the left rear of substructure during the integral moving.In this paper,the moving trailer of fast-moving drilling rigs on ZJ70 D were studied,firstly the structural and finite element model were established based on the finite element software SAFI.By studying the moving trailer,following conclusions are gotten: Maximum values of the force during the moving appear in the connection point between rear trailer beam and structural.By calculation the connection point to confirm the diameter of the pin and the strength of the weld line.The force of eight hydraulic cylinder were analyzed by the finite element software SAFI to select correct hydraulic cylinder;tire model of the trailer system were defined,the wheel axle and wheel hub were designed and finite element model were established based on the finite element software ANSYS.This article designs the hydraulic system and introduces the component parts,duty and operating principle of the hydraulic cylinder,it determines the total scheme and type of the hydraulic parts.This article tests the trailer system,mainly include overall structure,hydraulic jack and tire model.By testing for trailer system,the result proves structure of this system is reasonably,capability is advanced,and it can improve integrated moving capability of the full set drilling rig,shorten the moving time.All above can improve production efficiency greatly and reduce the cost.So the study in this paper has important economic value.
