With the rapid development of social economy,it has been caused a resource crisis due to the shortage of energy and excessive consumption,which makes the enterprises more and more demand for the efficient utilization of clean energy and energy saving in the process of chemical plant production.Syngas production of low-carbon mixed alcohol is one of the effective ways to clean and efficient use of coal resources,and the process of direct production of isobutanol from syngas has been attracting attention.In the process of distillation process,the operating parameters affect the distillation effect,energy consumption impact of production costs.With the development of computer technology in last decade,chemical process simulation has become increasingly mature,we can use the technology of computure effectively to help chemical enterprises to reduce the production risk,reduce the production cost,improve production technology innovation,reduce energy consumption,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of products,thus effectively improve the economic benefit.Therefore,it is one of the important research topic to use the Aspen Plus process simulation software to make process simulation calculation and optimization of syngas production isobutanol.In view of the above problems,the main work of this paper is as follows:1.Simulation and calculation of the process of producing isobutanol with synthetic gas.In the process of synthesis gas to produce isobutanol existing as the basis,combined with the actual production data reported in the literature,the application of Aspen Plus process simulation technology to simulate the process of isobutanol production process of synthetic gas.According to the production department and the condition of production,choose the appropriate physical method,the analysis shows that the process is suitable for the use of PR,SRK two physical methods to respond,using WILSON,NRTL,UNIQUAC and other physical properties of the process of distillation simulation.The whole process is divided into four sections: the preparation of low carbon mixed alcohols,the hydrogenationsection,the methanol and ethanol separation section and the purification section of isobutanol,and simulated respectively.In the process of simulation,the material balance and energy balance are carried out for the main parts of the equipment.2.Simulation and Optimization of Process for Production of isobutanol from Syngas,first,the simple design module DSTWU distillation column based on the equilibrium level model is used for simple calculation,then the rigorous design calculation model RadFrac in the equilibrium fractionating tower is used to calculate strictly,and the influence of the operating parameters such as the feed position,the reflux ratio and the theoretical plate number on the distillation process were studied and discussed respectively by using the sensitivity analysis tool,and then the optimal conditions of the operation were obtained.Using the optimized operating parameters for analog reproduction,the heat load of the overhead condenser and the heat load of the bottom reboiler were investigated before and after the optimization.After comparing the optimization and comparison,and with a plant production data comparison,simulation optimization to improve the quality of products and production,reduce the energy consumption of the distillation tower.3.Calculate the pinch can use the problem table method,which can according to the heat exchanger in the system,the heat integration of the heat exchange network is carried out,and the reasonable matching of the heat load between the streams can effectively reduce the energy loss and improve the energy utilization rate.The results show that the use of heat exchange network can reduce the use of hot and cold utilities,reduce the investment cost of energy,the heat exchange area,and the investment cost of equipment...
