In recent years,with the increase of social demand for SDD,the production system of SDD has been launched one after another in a number of companies.Because SIMATIC PCS7 combines advantages of the traditional PLC and the ordinary DCS,it is regarded as a new generation of modular process control system.Applying PCS7 to the SDD production control system,the control problem can be solved well.The article is based on the background of 30000 tons/year SDD production line of a company in Ningxia,using the SIMATIC PCS7 process control system to complete research and development of the production line automatic control system.Firstly,based on the SDD production process characteristics,the corresponding control requirements were reasonably analyzed.The paper provides a complete control scheme of the system.For easily controlled variables,the simple interlock control or conventional PID control was adopted.For the control of reactor temperature,due to the characteristics of nonlinear,strong coupling,large time delay,it was difficult to achieve satisfactory control quality by traditional control strategies,so the fuzzy PID self-tuning control strategy was proposed and simulated.The control strategy not only maintains advantages of PID control's small steady-state error and good stability,but also owns the fuzzy control's high tuning speed and good following quality characteristics.It reaches better effect in the industrial control of SDD.Secondly,the design of hardware and software was completed.According to the actual requirements,the hardware equipment was selected.The hierarchy control system based on network was designed,which included the centralized monitoring operation level and the process control level.The power supply system and communication system were identified.Based on PCS7 software platform,the control system's hardware configurations,variable management,network configuration,automation programming and control interface configuration,among the control program was realized by the CFC function block.After the content of the engineer station was completed,the configuration content to each operator station was downloaded.Then operator station project was downloaded to the redundant servers.At last,the whole project was debugged.The system runs stably and achieves the design goal.
