In the blast furnace production, the stable furnace top pressure can increase the blast furnace production and reduce coke ratio, and unstable top pressure will cause blast furnace gas flow disorder, even cause slipping and collapsing. However, blast furnace top pressure is a multivariable system with multiple disturbances, strong nonlinearity and time-varying characteristics. If the PID controller is used alone, it can not adapt to the complex blast furnace internal air pressure environment with only one set of parameters. And the fuzzy control can not completely eliminate the steady-state error of system. The two control methods can not be better controlled furnace top pressure. So, we combine the fuzzy control and traditional PID control to do research on application of fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning in this thesis.In this thesis, I take the control system of NO.6 blast furnace about 4350 stere in TISCO as the research object. And I analyze the modern large blast furnace top pressure control technology, and combine with the analysis of the specific process of the blast furnace main factors that influence the regulation of blast furnace top pressure. I take research about the hardware, network configuration and automation system of the blast furnace in TISCO base on the SIEMENS PCS7 process control software. I design the Fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters control method about furnace top pressure control. I compare the simulation results of ordinary PID controller and Fuzzy PID parameters self-tuning controller by Simulink software package of Matlab and Fuzzy logic toolbox. The results show that the work of Fuzzy PID parameters self-tuning controller much better than the ordinary PID controller. The controller realizes that the PID parameters can self-tune, and control response becomes faster. At last, I write the Fuzzy PID parameters self-tuning function block by SCL programming language of PCS7 process control software. And use S7-PLCSIM simulation tool to verify the fuzzy PID parameters self-tuning function block performance.Study in the thesis indicates that the application of fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning control is feasible in PCS7 software. This is reference value for the application of fuzzy PID control in other complex process control systems.
