In recent years,with the gradual increase of national energy consumption,environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious,environmental protection and energy use is gradually put on the agenda.The cement industry as a high energy consumption industry,the heat consumption of rotary kiln occupies the vast majority,and the online monitoring of thermal efficiency and the acquisition of thermal efficiency have been the focus of energy saving concerns.At present,cement enterprises have a mature system for calculating the thermal efficiency of cement clinker firing system,which is usually obtained by thermal calibration offline calculation,but the thermal calibration interval is long and can not effectively react to the current state.At the present stage,the thermal efficiency utilization of the system is carried out manually by the operator,but the big delay,low accuracy,and the thermal efficiency is affected by the technical level and experience of the personal at the scene,which is not conducive to the real-time monitoring of thermal efficiency.Therefore,the online calculation method of heat efficiency of rotary kiln is given,according to the actual production data,combined with the thermal process and previous experience,the online calculation model of heat effect in rotary kiln is completed.According to the changes of rotary kiln firing system in a period of time because of the system of internal and external environment and presents a common integrated thermal state,analyzes the feasibility of rotary kiln thermal effect model operation in different conditions.The method of multiple model soft-sensing parameter under typical thermal working conditions is studied for the kiln decomposition rate and the key parameters of kiln clinker temperature which can not be measured online,the thermal efficiency online monitoring system for monitoring the thermal efficiency of the rotary kiln and monitoring the heat utilization of the rotary kiln is developed,it provides a powerful reference for the technical operators in the field to make use of the energy.The main work is as follows:(1)In order to realize the real-time monitoring and analysis of the rotary kiln thermal efficiency,with reference to the cement plant thermal calibration report,combined with the specific process of cement production line,the parameters of the parameters are obtained by using DCS parameters acquisition,laboratory parameter acquisition,real-time acquisition of soft parameters,and dynamic parameter rule base,the real-time acquisition and calculation of thermal efficiency parameters are realized.(2)The cement rotary kiln process thermal efficiency online calculation method,according to the thermodynamic reaction mechanism of raw calcinations process of rotary kiln,the thermal balance model of the rotary kiln is perfected with the thermal theory,a soft sensor model based on conditions is established.(3)Rotary kiln thermal efficiency analysis and automatic identification method research,through the analysis of historical data of mass production,the working condition templates with two times wind temperature,kiln host current and outlet temperature of decomposition furnace as thermal efficiency parameters are obtained,and they are used as the identification parameters of the work condition recognizer.(4)According to the research content,the software of online monitoring and analysis system of rotary kiln thermal efficiency was developed.the software is based on OPC data parameter acquisition,database rule parameter extraction,automatic thermal efficiency automatic identification and real-time calculation and carry out the actual test run application.The results of field test show that the system software has good monitoring effect on the heat utilization of rotary kiln.
