Cement is the basic raw materials of the construction of China’s national economy, iswide used in all walks of life in our country. After2011, China’s cement industry has beenthe overcapacity situation and is a certain percentage of backward production capacity, thecement industry is the high power consumption, high energy-consuming industries, at thesame time, with the economic development, the cement industry was faced by the challengesof the resources, environmental, so it is necessary to be energy saving of the cement industry.China’s energy resources are relatively scarce, the energy efficiency managementinformation system is widely used in all walks of life, such as: intelligent building, central airconditioning energy efficiency management control systems, ship energy efficiencymanagement system. But so far in the cement industry, it has not the more mature energyefficiency management information system. But there are some energy-saving measures,example: the constant expansion of equipment, energy efficient calcining system, pure lowtemperature waste heat power generation technology using production equipment renovation.Therefore, energy efficiency management system in the cement industry, cement companies,is a very necessary research directions.In this paper, on the basis of understanding the process of cement production line, wegives energy efficiency benchmarking system, combined the Cement Association and theindicators of the baseline this paper presented electric power management information system,to realize the energy saving of cement enterprises, the scheme can provide data support for theenterprises with accurate management, can be found in time metering device failures andanomalies to improve equipment management level; can realized remote meter readingfunction to improve staff reading accuracy and work efficiency; can be calculated per unitenergy consumption of electricity. This was also through the establishment of the system ofrotary kiln model, analyze the power consumption for many reasons, given the controlmember of energy-saving advice, finally, hope that through the control of rotary kiln, thesystem of rotary kiln can achieve energy saving.In this paper, with the power management information system, we establishment theenergy efficiency benchmarking system, pointed out the impact of the kiln the current energy consumption of cement rotary kiln by combining cement rotary kiln process. Throughcharacteristics analysis kiln current conditions, combining with the correlation analysis, wegive the key parameters of the working conditions: the raw material inventory (raw materialinto the kiln current hoist), the temperature of the smoke chamber, decomposing furnaceoutlet temperature.We also deal with the data by limiting and The mean filtering methods ofdata preprocessing.In the energy efficiency in the cement kiln system analysis system, we were analyzed bythe expert system and the kiln current conditions recognition. Gray correlation degree methodis applied in the analysis. The system uses the tools and techniques of the VB, SQL Server,MATLAB, OPC, ADO, to establish reliably interactive interface, better energy savingservices.
