Fluororesin coatings are widely used in electronics,aerospace,daily necessities and other special coating areas for its low friction coefficient,excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic performance and good anti fouling self-cleaning characteristics.Which is related to the excellent corrosion resistance,chemical resistance and corrosion resistance of fluorine-containing resin.However,some problems such as the potential pollution made by fluorocarbon material,the difficulty of monomer selection and high costs of research and preparation all restrict the development of fluorine-containing resin with the further study of fluorine-containing resin.In addition,the present fluorine-containing resin couldn't meet the requirements of special areas for mechanical properties,radiation resistance,corrosion resistance and other properties.This also restrict its subsequent development.The emergence of nanotechnology provides a new research approach and direction for the study of materials and coating technology.Nano particles possess many special characteristics as the rigid structure,surface efect,quantum size effect.The nano hybrid resin prepared by the combination of nano technology and fluorine resin not only can retain original properties of fluorine resin,also can develop new features.Furthermore,it also reduces the production costs providing an important approach for the research and development of fluorine-containing resin.Conglomeration,unequal dispersion and poor particle stability of nano-particles have been deemed as the urgent obstacles to solve in the preparation of nano-materials.Therefore,in order to improve the product performance and the efficiency of the preparation process,it is of the great importance to improve the dispersion of nano particles.Thispaper mainly study the modification of nano particles.Then through hybridization between the modified nano particles and different fluorine-containing resin,the novel nano hybrid fluorine-containing resin was prepared by physically blending,chemical grafting and amino acid open ring method.Finally the novel nano hybrid coating was researched to explore their application.The detail contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Different forms functional nano silica sol(DN)were prepared by the traditional way of chemical hydrolyzed copolymerization between tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and vinyl diphenyl diethoxy silane(DPDS)with the various catalyst content.Then the different coating were prepared with the use of DN.Their structure and morphology was characterized by FTIR,XRD and TEM.The morphology of nano-composite coatings were observed by SEM and AFM.The compatibility between nano DN and resin was studied.The effect of DN amount on hydrophobicity,hardness and transparency of coatings was also investigated.The results showed dispersion system nano silica sol DN1 and DN4 has good stability and compatibility with the strong acid and alkali as catalyst.Coatings have optimum performances when DN 6%,curing temperature 130?.(2)Using discontinuous dropping method,the prepolymer fluorine silicon acrylic polymers(FB-VI)was synthesized by solution polymerization of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate ester(G04),acrylic onomer,vinyl triethoxy silane(VTES)and styrene(ST)with the benzoyl peroxide(BPO)as the initiator.Then the nano Si O2 hybrided fluorine silicon acrylic resin(FB-VI-NA)was synthesized by hybridization of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and the prepolymer.The structure of the product and relative molecular weight distribution was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The coating was prepared using FB-VI-NA as base resin and its properties were determined.The results showed the coating has optimal appearance,impact resistance,adhesion and hydrophobicity under the following paramemters: TEOS 6%,thesolution p H 4,and curing temperature 130?.Compared with the traditional modified acrylic acid resin,the coating hardness increased significantly.(3)The amino-containing silicon sol(TB)was prepared via a chemically modified method using ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and double [3-(triethoxy silane)propyl] amine(BTA)as precursors,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)as the surfactant,respectively.Then a ring opening copolymerization reaction between epoxy resin(FBSA)and TB led to a nano hybrid resin(NA-FB).The structure and morphology of TB were studied by FTIR and TEM.The effect of SDBS amount on stability and viscosity of TB system was investigated The results indicated that nano TB exhibited microspheres structure of multiphase separation.Nano-TB had good stability when SDBS concentration was 0.5g/L.The hydrophobic,hardness and Adhesion of coating were test and TB amount was varied to study its influence on coating performance.The hardness,contact angle and adhesion of the coating containing mass fraction of 10% TB reached 5H,from 98° to138° and 1 level,respectively.As more crosslinking groups were introduced into resin by amino ring opening reactions,the nano particles in the resin had better application and fast solidification,sharing the relatively better integrated performance.
