In the 4.0 industrial era,highly customization has become a new economic growth point.In traditional garment customization,clients and designers need to make measurement face-to-face and modify repeatedly,which leads to high the labor and time costs.The traditional computer-aided design is based on 2D,such as CAD garment design,this advantage is that you can use the computer for clothing design assistance.It can be easily carried out without paper design,easy to operate,edit and save and so on,can also be very convenient to carry out the editing and selection of the fabric,color,material,and the material cutting on the computer.But the shortcomings of traditional 2D-based clothing design is still required customers to try-on before they know the 3D levels are appropriate.Build a 3D model of the human body,you can cut and try on it during the design stage of customized clothing,so that you can see the final product appearance in the design stage of clothing.It can not only save a lot of time,but also can greatly improve the work efficiency.Therefore,it is a new trend in the development of garment customization to establish 3D model of human body and computer-aided drape.The goal of this paper is to design a low cost,easy to operate,short learning cycle of human 3D scanning modeling software.The work of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects:1.This paper introduces the commonly used 3D human body scanner on the market,and analyzes the process of 3D human body scanning.And selected Kinect as a 3D scanning instrument,although Kinect was originally designed as an action sensor for input devices,but its low cost,reliability,speed measurement depth and depth measurement quality were relatively high,so that it could be used for three-dimensional reconstruction.2.This paper introduces the structure of Kinect somatosensory equipment,the principle of depth data and color data acquisition,and the relation of camera coordinate transformation.3.This paper introduces the current mainstream modeling software,the common modeling software on the market has the problems of high cost and low expansibility.The main problems about the scanning tool is expensive and high software fees;and the limited development of the source code can not meet the individual needs of the users,which makes the development of 3D modeling software cycle long and high cost.To solve the above problems,we developed a 3D modeling software independently.The developed software is used to scan and obtain the depth data of human body by Kinect,and then the 3D model is generated and repaired by Kinect Fusion SDK and 3D Builder SDK.4.Described the hardware and software that the software used,including the operational principle of Kinect,Kinect Fusion and 3D Builder.And the three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm based on Kinect sensor is introduced in detail.In this paper,a developed software is used to scan and obtain the depth data of human body by Kinect,and then the 3D model is generated and repaired by Kinect Fusion SDK and 3D Builder SDK.The user interface of the software is only retain a few simple button,so it can allowing users to use more convenient and fast.The software has the advantages of low cost,simple operation,short learning period and so on.
