In recent years, research on the Industrial Internet has been advancing and developing, and various industries are exploring suitable solutions,at which point the Industrial Internet platform architecture came into being.Industrial Internet platforms provide a variety of infrastructures that provide a medium for customers to communicate their needs directly with manufacturers, while promoting the development of personalized product customization.Personalization is characterized by small batches and diverse styles, and the wide variety of product requirements and short production cycles make it difficult for manufacturers to accurately judge production requirements in the face of personalized orders and thus adopt unreasonable demands, bringing potential pitfalls to production activities. The paper proposes a method to model the requirements and the production line using a formal language and then converting them into a satisfiability problem to solve for the problem of determining whether the requirements can be satisfied in the production line by the customer putting forward the requirements.First,a production line model is proposed that uses a logical formulation to describe the processing capability of the production line, which contains the five important elements of the production line used to represent the resources: people, equipment, materials, process, and environment.A state transfer system is used to represent the process flow, and the transfer function on the state transfer system records the role of the process on the material in the production process, allowing processes that satisfy the transfer conditions to execute and change the system state. Then, according to the degree of understanding of personalized products, the depth of personalized demand is divided into three levels: style demand, material demand and process demand. Each requirement of the user can correspond to one of the three levels of the domain, and there may be conflicts and dependencies between different requirements. In this paper,we use the logical formula to represent the connection between requirements and materials and processes, and use it as the basis to build a logical formula to describe the personalization requirements of customers. Finally,a first-order theory is constructed based on the predicates describing the elements of the production line in the database, and the satisfiability of the demand in a certain production line is judged by checking whether the demand formula is a semantic property of the theory. The checking process is divided into two phases: resource checking and process checking. The resource check phase verifies that the types and numbers of various resources required for production are available, with a focus on materials and processes. The process check phase verifies that the production line can build a production process that satisfies the process requirements by building a formula for maintaining the system in a legal state and a relationship for transferring materials in the process role, and checking that a path exists for the system to always meet these requirements and reach the final target state. Finally, the process check is converted into a satisfiability problem, which is solved with the help of first-order theory and solvers. The paper also begins with a formal description of personalization needs and apparel production lines, using apparel personalization as an example, and shows how to use the personalization needs satisfiability check method proposed in the paper. The method can guide manufacturers to accept orders and schedule production activities in a reasonable manner, and can also be used to help customers find manufacturers who can produce their target products, assist in matching relationships between manufacturers and customers, and improve the overall production capacity of the industry.
