Shape Research For Protruding Abdomen Adult Male In Pearl River Delta Region

Abdomen adult males had a great increase in Pearl River delta region.Nowadays,current garment series standard in China is no longer able to fit abdomen adult males because of their special groups of the shape.It is very necessary to develop new specifications for abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region and it is also very important.There were 337 men from the Pearl River delta region who were randomly selected to measure their bodies.But only 119 men were seen as the abdomen adult male.The Pearl River Delta region abdominal convex adult males were investigated There were 16 anthropometric indices used as the abdomen adult male,which are respectively clothes before long,after long clothing,confining strength,chest circumference,waist,midriff,arm circumference,cuffs,trousers,waist circumference,hip circumference.Using latent profile analysis,this paper analyzed the body measurement data for the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region.Latent profile analysis(LPA)is used to do this study by Latent GOLD5.1.We used STEP-3 method of Latent GOLD to do the Wald test for their height,weight and age factors of the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region.This paper drew the following conclusions:First,their shape of the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region can be divided into four categories.Based on the latent profile analysis,four categories were considered as for the best fitting model.Four categories were called as even above and even below,above uneven and even below,above even and uneven below,uneven above and uneven below.Second,height,weight and age were important factors affecting the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region.Based on the latent profile subsequent analysis,we found that the height,weight and age were different not only from the overall index of the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region and from local differences index of the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region,which mean that these factors affect were important covariate for the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region.Third,a garment series standard was made for the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region.The garment series standard made for the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region was considered both the shape classification and some influencing factors of height,weight and age.We made the garment series standard as some methods of some classify for the abdomen adult male in Pearl River delta region.
