Magnetic porous carbon spheres has the higher specific surface area, high porevolume, strong adsorption ability, the characteristics of magnetic separation, and it hasreceived extensive attention of researchers. There are many kinds of methods topreparation magnetic porous carbon spheres, such as vapor deposition method, hydrothermal, template method, etc. These methods has complicated reaction processand a variety of reagents used, low biocompatibility. Preparation of the magneticporous carbon spheres with a simple reaction conditions, low cost, well performancebecome the research focus of this paper. In this paper, we using sucrose as carbon source, with the traditionalhydrothermal and coprecipitation method preparation of different size of Fe3O4nanoparticles and ferrite nanoparticles as magnetism source and pore formingmaterials. We focused research the reaction conditions of low-temperature incompletecarbonization preparation of C@Fe3O4carbon spheres, and synthetize of C@Fe3O4carbon spheres with a thin carbon layer on the surface. To reduce the employ ofreaction reagent, enhance biocompatibility, the small particle size of ferritenanoparticles as pore-forming agent when C@Fe3O4carbon spheres in its preparationprocessing, mixed acid solution be using after the second low-temperaturecarbonization to etching some small particle size ferrite nanoparticles which exposedon the surface of C@Fe3O4carbon spheres. In conclusion we success preparation ofthe C@Fe3O4magnetic nano-coralline composite materials. Further study of its drugrelease performance in different concentration of tetracycline hydrochloride, andsimulate the biology environment at37℃with PH7.25~7.35drug release, usingspectrophotometer to detect drug concentration in the liquid phase, discuss thedrug-loading performance of magnetic C@Fe3O4nano-coralline sphers withmacromolecular drug.On the basis of the low-temperature carbonization, we try to using liquidpore-forming agent—ethylene glycol, to preparation of magnetic microporousmaterials. We introduced different volume of glycol as pore-forming agent intoC@Fe3O4carbon spheres before the second low-temperature carbonization, ultrasonictreatment be used after low-temperature carbonization to washing off the ethanolsolution which on the surface of products, at last we successful preparation themagnetic C@Fe3O4microporous carbon spheres. According to different dosage of pore-forming agent, we study the impact between products morphology and volumeof pore-forming agent, find out the best dosage of ethylene glycol. Further usemagnetic C@Fe3O4microporous carbon spherers adsorption of heavy metal ions insewage purification. Spectrophotometer were used to detect the concentration ofheavy metal ions in sewage purification, study the performance of magnetic C@Fe3O4microporous carbon spherers adsorption with heavy metal ions.
