Methanol Production Outside Sewage Methanol Content Transfinite Prevention Measures Research

A chemical plant in the actual production of methanol unit discharge of sewage from distillation section of atmospheric column bottom,the conversion stripping qualified methanol content(< 5 mg/L national standards),in the synthetic ammonia plant secondary stripping as in addition to salt water recycling.Methanol plant environmental monitoring report shows that the sewage water methanol content of transfinite problem frequently,therefore,actual conditions were investigated device reasons and make improvement,make the discharge of sewage alcohol content up to standard.After the indicators data research analysis in the process of production,confirm the alcohol content of transfinite sewage water main factors as follows: the conversion load is low,the stripping temperature is not enough;low atmospheric column bottom temperature control;low methanol content in the crude glycol,caused a large amount of residual liquid.According to the main factors to improve: the bottom part of the atmospheric tower residual liquid water as extraction;modified atmospheric column bottom temperature parameters;improve the methanol content in raw alcohol.The purpose of the present study complete expected not only to solve the problem of the overrun the discharge of sewage,also brought some economic benefits,energy conservation and emissions reduction,safe environmental protection.
