The feed gas producted in Wanzhou Operation Area of Chongqing Gas Field is the sulfur-containing natural gas,as the operation area of gas fields are in the middle-late stages exploitation,upstream are all using the pressurized bubble row gas production process,the pharmaceutical,oil,gas and other impurities in gas get into the dehydration device,seriously affecting the service life of TEG.At the same time because of more and more pressurization devices,airflow pulverization also had a serious impact to the smooth operation of dehydration of TEG.Those conditions above caused dehydration devices of Wanzhou Operation Area operating costs are higher and higher,in which the consumption of TEG accounts for more than 49% of the total energy consumption.In order to effectively solve the dehydration process of TEG consumption and deterioration problems,it is necessary to systematically study the factors affecting the life of TEG.On this basis,the countermeasures to prolong the service life of TEG are put forward.this paper according to the different natural gas temperament processed in the dehydration process,making pointed references to select high-sulfur Liangfeng station and low-sulfur Fu 1 Jing station TEG natural gas dehydration process as the object of study.The effects of water content,inorganic salts,organic matter,acid gas,Fe3+ concentration,surfactant,solid impurities and other factors on the properties of the TEG were studied by using the TEG dehydration experiment device of self design.The effects of various factors on the properties of TEG were analyzed from the aspects of the dehydration of lean TEG,the regeneration of rich TEG and the corrosiveness,foaming and defoaming properties of TEG.In order to further study the effect of each factor on the metamorphism of TEG,the metamorphic mechanism of TEG under different conditions was analyzed from the aspects of its nature,process method and gas temperament.Based on the study of the main factors affecting the service life of TEG and the mechanism of metamorphism of TEG,the main factors affecting the life span of TEG under different production conditions and the mechanism of metamorphism were studied.Dehydration device operating parameters,the elimination of impurities in TEG and other aspects of the proposed extension of the service life of TEG measures.
