Nowadays,the problems of environment have attracted great attention,which prompts the government to accelerate the upgrading of oil quality.The standard V in gasoline is implemented by most parts of our country,in which the contentof olefin is less than 24wt%andthe content of sulfur is less than lOppm.But FCC gasoline accounts for about 70 wt%and the olefin content in conventional FCC gasoline accounts for about 40?50 wt%in existing refined gasoline of our country,which does not meet the standard V.In addition,for every Petrochemical Corporation,the key point is to reduce the olefin content of FCC gasolinein in order to increase gasoline blending components.At the same time,the octane of gasoline need keep a higherlevelconsidering the economic benefits.The main research content of this paper is as follows:The process of Maximizing Iso-Paraffins aims to reduce the content of olefin in gasoline and does not change research octane number as well as increase Motor octane number.Namely,the octane number keeps unchanged.By researching the operational state of the process for Maximizing Iso-Paraffins in Hohhot Petrochemical Company's catalytic cracking unit,the advantages of the process for Maximizing Iso-Paraffins process are analyzed in product distribution,the material yield,device power consumption and catalyst application.Moreover,the problems of the unit are investigated during the operationand the solutions are proposed.The results show thatthe process for Maximizing Iso-Paraffins has a better effect in improving product quality and the distribution of FCCU gasoline product than traditional method.The octane number of gasoline is more than 90,and the liquid product yield is more than 85%.Comparing the effect of different catalysis production,the effect of heavy oil cracking catalyst is better than that of special catalyst,which is beneficial to improve the benefit of the factory.The problems of the device and processare analyzed in order to find the solutions for solving the problems of device duringa long time operation.
