Intelligent thermoregulation fiber is a high-tech products developed in recent years, it is the combination of the phase change material technology and fiber weaving technology. Intelligent thermoregulation fiber contains many phase changing materials. When the external environmental temperature rises, the phase changing materials change from solid state into liquid state to absorb heat and reduce the surface temperature. When the external environment is at lower temperature, phase changing materials change from liquid state to solid state to release heat and reduce the losses of heat to the surrounding, in order to maintain normal body temperature. The body is always in a comfortable state.Firstly, In this paper, we analyze the spinning performance of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber/cotton blended yarn and reach a conclusion that its strength is in accordance with simple model of blended yarn and with the change of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber content, the strength of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber/cotton blended yarn is lowest when the blended ratio of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber is70%~80%. With the increase of the blended ratio of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber, the breaking elongation of the intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber/cotton blended yarn increases.Secondly, in this paper, the main mechanical properties of the intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber/cotton blended knitted fabrics are studied, such as strength, drape, abrasion resistance, top crack performance. And tensile properties of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber/cotton blended yarn with different blending ratio were fitting.Thirdly, this paper tested and analyzed the comfort properties of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber/cotton blended knitted fabric, such as air permeability, moisture permeability, thermal properties.Finally, we make the objective evaluation and analysis for the characters of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber/cotton blended fabrics by using gray optimal judgment.
