The average buried depth of the main target layer in BH block of CQ Oilfield is 6500?8000m,Electrical logging still bottom temperature range of 180-230? and the Bottom hole pressure exceeds 90MPa.Moreover,Some of the deep wells in the block have a complex formation such as a salt layer and a leaky formation.There are difficulties in cementing technology:High bottom hole temperature,The cement slurry system needs to have high temperature resistance;salts and gypsum rocks salts dissolved into water slurry,cement slurry is difficult to guarantee performance;Bottomhole temperature difference between the upper and lower cement,cement slurry system prone to the phenomenon of super retarding and seal off long open holes,requiring high-temperature performance of cement slurry system is good.In response to these complex issues in the block,Starting from the settlement of Salt slurry system,resistant to high temperatures,etc,we have to develop a kind of X-LSJ salt resistant and high temperature filtrate reducer with independent property right A conventional salt-resistant high-temperature resistant cement slurry system and Anti-air channeling mud slurry system having a circulating temperature of 150?18? and a density of 1.90g/cm~3 and a latex-resistant high-temperature cement slurry system,which is suitable for use in an additive at a high temperature condition,It is proved that the system has good cementing effect in the deep well cementing process of the block by indoor analysis of the engineering applicability and field preliminary test.Research work and studies in which this thesis carried out as follows:(1)Based on the basic performance requirements of the cement slurry used in deep well cementing in this block,a new type of salt-resistant anti-high temperature drop agent X-LSJ was synthesized by molecular structure design,Which can effectively solve the problem of degradation of water loss caused by decomposition of filtrate reducer at high temperature,the retardation of slurry transition,and the deterioration of the stability of cement slurry system.(2)In this paper,a new type of salt-resistant high-temperature resistant cement slurry system and Anti-air channeling mud slurry system,was developed,which was suitable for the admixture of X-LSJ filtrate reduce,which was suitable for the high temperature cement slurry system.It was suitable for the circulating temperature 150-180 ? and the density of 1.90g/cm~3.Through laboratory tests show results show that the two systems can maintain good rheological properties,stability,filtration loss,thickening performance and compressive strength under the high temperature and high pressure conditions,which can meet the basic requirements of high temperature cementing mud system.(3)Papers according to the problems that may be encountered in the construction of cementing,Temperature deviation from the forecast,with the pulp density fluctuations and the occurrence of accidental shutdown pump may cause security problems,Also we tested the key to changing the situation related to the performance of the cement slurry system When the indoor temperature deviation analog construction 5?,density fluctuations 0.05g/cm~3 and stopping 30min,the test changes of relevant key performance cement slurry.The test results show that the developed cement slurry system has good temperature deviation,density fluctuation and pump pump adaptability,which provides a reliable basis for the safe use of the cement slurry system in the cementing construction site.(4)The paper developed the cement slurry system to CQ oilfield of BH block as the background,The application of BH-1 well with the typical formation characteristics of BH block in cementing operation is studied.Field log data show that the use of the cement slurry system of the sealing section of one or two interface cementing well sealed,no gas channeling phenomenon occurred.
