In recent years,with the rapid development of power industry,the demand of bus is increasing,and the requirement of quality is improved.In the process of bus processing,punching has a direct impact on the quality of the bus.At present the main problems that China faces is that the research and application of horizontal blanking technology is low,to a certain extent to the development of China's manufacturing industry has been restrained.In order to further improve the understanding of forming process and sheet punching quality factors,304 stainless steelis which is widely used in various fields as experimental material,and blanking clearance,blank holder force and other kinds of materials as the mainly experimental variables,the equivalent stress,the equivalenstrain and material flow rate and flow direction under the conditions of each variable can be described.Light band width,fillet tape,burr length and the maximum blanking force in blanking process could be measured,and using MATLAB data processing function to fit the curve of relevant data and experimental variables,study influence of variables on blanking process.In addition,the effects of mechanical properties of different materials on of the cutting process were compared.In addition,through the blanking clearance as the variable,the blanking section quality and the blanking force curve in the blanking process were studied,and the cross-section of the cutting piece is removed by electron microscope to observe the micro morphology.Through the study,the first in the simulation to the blanking clearance for the test variables,with the increase of blanking clearance,rounded with length and height as well as taper section shows an increasing trend in the euphotic zone;The size of experimental euphotic zone affected by blanking clearance is larger,and the fault zone pore size affected by the blanking clearance is not obvious;Some of the same factors in the simulation and experiment are consistent.Secondly,the influence of the blank holder force on the maximum blanking force,the length of the strip and the length of the fillet is analyzed in the simulation.In addition,the new grain will be produced at the grain boundary,and it will grow and replace the original grain.When the plasticity is good,the stress and strain at the upper edge of the blade is small,conversely,the other is small.Finally,through the electron microscope,when the gap is small,the fillet and the bright band,the euphotic zone and the fault zone between the transition line is uniform,and cross section of the dimple phenomenon is more obvious,with the increase of the gap,the dimple phenomenon is reduced,which shows that there is a small shear surface on the section,and the number of the shear surface is larger.The combination of simulation and experiment can not only verify each other,but also complement each other,which is beneficial to the development of blanking technology to a certain extent.
