Light curing technology is a highly efficient,environmentally friendly,energy-saving,high-quality surface treatment technology,known as a new green technology for the 21 st century.3D printing has the outstanding performance including high precision,short cycle,material diversity,relatively low cost,which can be personalized.The silicone materials with special features such as good resistance to high and low temperatures,anti-aging,weathering,low surface tension,corrosion and other physiological inertia based on the basic structural unit of silicon of Si-O-Si,the side chain substituted by the silicon atoms and other organic structure.In order to synthesize the silicone products with photocurable 3D printing,this thesis study on the design and synthesize of a series of acryloxy-modified silicone resins in order to take the advantages of silicone products and photo-curing technology,and investigated their performance on UV curing and 3D printing.Firstly,a kind of transparent UV curable acryloxy-modified silicone resins were produced through cohydrolysis-condensation method with methyltrime thoxysilane,?-methacryloxy propyltrimeth-oxysilane,Dimethy-ldiethoxysilane and Hexamethyldisiloxane.The effect of the reaction condition and curing method on the performance of the UV cured silicone resins were investigated.The acryloyloxy-modified silicone resins were cured with 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone(1173)as photoinitiator under the 365 nm UV light.It showed that when R/Si = 1.4,the silicone resins obtained can be cured completely for 30 s with 10 wt % of 1173 and the products obtained with high transmittance over 95%,good heat stability and high pencil hardness reached 5H.The 3D printed silicone resins with good transparency and low water absorbance((27)0.21%)and inearexpanding coefficient of 5.27×10-4 m/k.Subsequently,a kind of polyurethane modified UV curable acryloxy-modified silicone resins were produced through cohydrolysis-condensation method with a silane prepared from PEG and propyl triethoxy.The proper amount of the silane prepared from PEG and propyl triethoxy is 3wt%,the UV cured silicone resins with improved thermal resistance and higher transparency,especially,the pencil hardness of the cured silicone resins reacheed 6H.Finally,the ladder like phenyl polysilsesquioxane was synthesized at room temperature catalyzed by potassium carbonate.Later,a kind of poly(silsesquioxane)modified acryloxy-modified silicone resins were prepared and cured by UV light,and it exhibited that the cured silicone resin with transparency higher than 97%,pencil hardness reached 6H...
