In recent years,haze weather have continually appeared widely in north China,and Shenyang also have been affected,so air pollution has aroused the attention of all sectors of society again.Based on the statistical data of atmospheric environmental quality of Shenyang statistical yearbook from 2000 to 2012 and the detailed historical data of air quality monitoring points of Shenyang environmental monitoring station in 2012.With the help of API index and comprehensive evaluation index,the historical data of SO2,NO2 and PM10 in the atmosphere of Shenyang were compared and analyzed,and the yearly changes and monthly changes of Shenyang is analyzed one by one,a support vector machine based on modified variable precision rough set model is proposed to improve the prediction accuracy of atmospheric pollutant concentration,as well as scientific and rational countermeasures to prevent and control pollution is proposed.The results show:(1)The atmospheric pollutants in Shenyang showed decreasing trend in the past 13 years.The concentration of pollutants in NO2 increased,on the contrary,the concentration of SO2 and PM10 pollutants decreased year by year,it demonstrate that the quality of atmospheric environment in Shenyang is improving.(2)The average concentration of air pollutants in Shenyang showed a significant change with the change of season and month.The three pollutants were the highest in winter and the lowest in summer.(3)The change of atmospheric environmental quality in Shenyang is the slight environmental pollution from 2000 to 2002.The annual average ambient air quality of Shenyang form 2003 to 2012 is good and the API values show a decreasing trend.(4)By analyzing the influence of meteorological conditions on the atmospheric quality of Shenyang,the negative correlation between temperature and pollutant concentration is obtained,and the correlation between PM10 and temperature is the highest.There is a obvious negative correlation between air pressure and pollutant concentration.The correlation between the change trend of three kinds of pollutant concentration and humidity is more complexly,and negative correlation is appeared between pollutant concentration and relative humidity in summer,on the contrary,positive correlation is showed between pollutant concentration and relative humidity in the other seasons.There is a obvious negative correlation between pollutant concentration and precipitation,especially in summer.(5)Based on the correlation analysis between meteorological factors and air pollutant concentration,the support vector machine based on modified variable precision rough set model is proposed,and the entropy weight theory is used to improve the reduction attributes of variable precision rough sets,so as to realize the pretreatment of the input variables of support vector machines,and improve the prediction accuracy of air quality index.In addition,based on the causes of air pollution and the air quality in the future,the strategies and suggestions are put forward to improve the air quality and govern air pollution in Shenyang.
