Study On The Cleaner Production Behavior Of Cow-raising Households Or Farms In Shandong Province

China is the third largest producer of raw milk in the world,and Shandong Province is the main milk producing area in China.Due to the continuous expansion of livestock and poultry pollution,coupled with the continuous transformation of traditional livestock and poultry farming to modern culture,intensive culture methods,accelerated scale process,environmental carrying capacity close to the upper limit.How to optimize the cleaner production behavior of farmers to realize the sustainable development of environment has become a common concern and urgent need to be solved by people from all walks of life.The experience of animal husbandry at home and abroad shows that it is to solve the environmental problems of dairy cattle farming that the cleaner production of dairy cattle farming is carried out at the level of dairy farm households,governments,associations and consumers.An effective approach to the quality and safety of raw milk.The cleaner production behavior of dairy cattle farmers plays an important role in protecting the environment and guaranteeing the quality of raw milk.In order to improve the level of Cleaner production of Dairy Cow farming,the present situation of Cleaner production of Dairy cattle in Shandong Province is studied in this paper by means of literature review,expert interview and field investigation,and the existing problems are analyzed in order to improve the level of Cleaner production.Based on the theories and methods of systematic analysis,statistical analysis and structural analysis,this paper focuses on the definition and theoretical basis of the concept,the description and explanation of the realistic situation,the influencing factors of the intention to implement and the relationship between them.The related problems of cleaner production behavior of dairy cattle farm households were empirically studied in four aspects,such as countermeasures and suggestions for behavior improvement.The specific methods and conclusions are as follows:It is an effective way to solve the pollution caused by the increasing scale of dairy cattle farming.The cleaner production behavior of dairy cattle farm households involves three processes: input,feeding and output,including construction of cattle farm,quality of input,environmental maintenance,establishment of breeding archives,output of raw milk,disposal of sick and dead cattle and disposal of feces and so on.The cleaner production behavior ofdairy cattle breeding has the characteristics of prevention,good economy,promoting waste recycling and end-to-end treatment,which can protect the environment and maintain the quality of milk,and so on.According to the data of 450 questionnaires in 16 cities and cities of Shandong Province,seven aspects,such as construction of cattle farms,quality of inputs,environmental maintenance,establishment of breeding archives,output of raw milk,disposal of sick and dead cattle and disposal of feces,etc.,were carried out in 16 cities of Shandong Province.The cognition and behavior of household cleaner production of dairy cattle farm in Shandong province were analyzed.The results showed that the households of the surveyed dairy cattle farms were generally "unfamiliar" in the construction of cattle farms and the establishment of breeding archives,and had a good understanding of the quality of inputs,the treatment of feces and the maintenance of the environment.There is a good cleaner production behavior for cattle farm construction and environmental maintenance,but the treatment behavior for sick and dead cattle and fecal waste treatment is not standard enough.Based on the data of 450 questionnaires in 16 cities of Shandong Province,the influencing factors of household cleaner production behavior of dairy cattle farms in Shandong Province were determined by using the multivariate ordered Logit model.Then the ISM model is used to determine the relationship and hierarchy among the influencing factors.The results showed that: age,breeding pattern,specialization,facility importance,feed importance,feces disposal importance.Eight factors of behavior attitude and government support had significant influence on the willingness to implement cleaner production behavior of dairy cattle farmers.Interviewees' age,behavioural attitudes and government spending is the surface direct factor,the facility importance cognition,the feed importance cognition and the feces disposal importance cognition are the middle level indirect factors,the breeding pattern and the specialization degree are the deep root factors.In order to improve the cleaner production behavior of dairy cattle farm households in Shandong province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cleaner production behavior of dairy cattle farm households from four aspects: themselves,government,association and consumers.Households in dairy cattle farms should strengthen their study,improve their own quality,improve their management characteristics,andstandardize cleaner production behavior.The government should strengthen the propaganda,education and support to the cleaner production behavior,improve the cleaner production capacity of the dairy farm households,and strengthen the supervision to promote the implementation of the cleaner production behavior of the dairy farm households.The association should hold regular awareness sessions on cleaner production among dairy farm households to improve the recognition of cleaner production behavior among dairy farm households.Consumers should choose to buy dairy products produced by farms with clean production capacity.
