The safety problem in hot and humid environment is always a focus in the study of thermal environment.Working in the hot and humid environment for a long time,will lead to the physiological parameters deviate from the normal range,and will aggravate the degree of fatigue of people,the people will be absent-mind,and further lead to the declination of productivity,which will may even seriously cause accident,and directly threaten people's health and life safety.Carrying out the research of the variation of physiological parameters and productivity in the hot and humid is the major topics about ensure the people's health and life safety,and it is also the key research content of National Natural Science Foundation of China(project: the basic research of heat acclimatization of people in building thermal environment 51378337).In the paper a climate chamber was used to control the temperature and relative humidity,the experiment temperature was set as 36?-40?,relative humidity was set as 50%-90%,the work intensity was set as light/medium/heavy intensity respectively.45 college students in Tianjin University who have good health were chosen as the experimental samples,during the experiment the samples' heart rate/blood pressure/skin temperature/grip strength/eardrum temperature/rectal temperature/naked heavy were measured every 15 min.The concrete analysis is listed as follows:The software SPSS was used to analyze the data of experiment.The clustering method in the software of SPSS was used to divide the environment conditions in the experiment into three categories;and further more the variation trends of the physiological parameters in three kinds of environments and labor intensity were presented in the paper.The variation rule of thermal efficiency in wet environment was analyzed.It indicates that under the high temperature and humidity environment,the reduction of work efficiency and working time have a high correlation and labor work intensity has a significant effect on work efficiency too.The paper combines the relationship and the evaluation index of work efficiency,which could be used to guide real-time monitoring of work efficiency in the practical engineering and has the great significance to ensure the safety of workers.To evaluate the thermal stress of people in hot and humidity environment,a comprehensive index was puts forward in the paper.The index was obtained by factor analysis method combining subjective and objective indicators.Compared to the comprehensive index using objective physiological parameters separately,the comprehensive index in this paper was more suitable for evaluating the stress reaction of people in thermal environment.Based on the comprehensive index,the labor safety level was divided and Markov distance criterion is used to determine the threshold value of corresponding labor safety level.Evaluation results show that the comprehensive index can more accurately judge people's labor safety level.
