Nano-fluids have been used widely concerned since they were put forward,and the nanofluids of different substrates,such as water-based,oil-based and liquid paraffin-based have been synthesized.It has been applied in biomedicine,catalysis,refrigeration and so on.The traditional nano fluid medium is water,organic solvent and oil.However,the thermal stability of this kind of solvent is poor,even have a bad influence on environment and our health.Ionic liquids have the necessary thermal conductivity and thermal stability,which is a green solvent,at the same time it can be used as a template to achieve the control of inorganic nano material structure,and it can be modified at the surface as to prevent the agglomeration of particles with the nanoparticles effectively.these characteristics provide new opportunities for the synthesis of nano fluid.In this paper,the nano-liquids are prepared in which the ionic liquid [BMIm]BF4 was used as base fluid.The [PtCl4]2-of aqueous phase was extracted into ionic liquid phase by PVP extractant.In this paper,a hydrophilic ionic liquid platinum nanoparticle was prepared by the reduction of platinum ions in the ionic liquid phase under the condition of ultrasonic assistant.At the same time,the synthesis conditions,morphology and stability of nanoparticles were discussed.The ionic liquid has wide electrochemical window and good conductivity,nano fluid has good conductivity and high electrocatalytic activity,using ionic liquid as the matrix synthesis of ionic liquid based nano fluid is widely used in the field of electrochemical sensor.This paper mainly focuses on the platinum nanofluid modified electrode electrochemical sensor for construction of uric acid,ascorbic acid and dopamine were measured and determined simultaneously.The application of analytical chemistry of ionic liquid based platinum nano fluid in electricity.The main contents and results of this paper are described as follows:1?[BMIm] BF4 ionic liquid used as liquid medium,polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)as a stabilizer and extractant.And 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate platinum nanofluidic(Pt-[BMIm] BF4)is synthesized with the assistant of ultrasonic.The prepared nano-fluids is chartered with 1H-NMR spectrum,transmission electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the average particle size of Pt nanoparticles in the Pt nanoparticles is about 31.2nm,the obtained Pt nano-fluids with uniform size,good distribution and stability.The chemical bonds between PVP and nanoparticles modified the surface of the nanoparticles and uniformed and stabled the nano-fluid.2?An electrochemical sensor was prepared by using ionic liquid platinum(ILPtNFs)as a modified material,and an electrochemical sensor for the determination of dopamine(DA),uric acid(UA)and ascorbic acid(AA)was established.The electrochemical behavior of DA,UA and AA on the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry,and the method for the determination of DA,UA and AA was established by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The experimental results show that ILPtNFs has obvious electrocatalytic activity to AA,DA and UA in pH = 3,pH = 5 and pH = 6 phosphate buffer solution(PBS).Under the optimal experimental conditions,the DA oxidation peak current and its concentration in the range of 8.0×10-6-4.0×10-4 mol/l showed a good linear relationship.UA oxidation peak current and its concentration in the range of 2.0×10-6-1.0×10-4 mol/l showed a good linear relationship.AA oxidation peak current and its concentration in the range of 2.0×10-6-1.0×10-4 mol/l showed a good linear relationship.This method can be applied to determine the content in the actual sample of DA hydrochloride injection,uric acid in human urine and vitamin C injection with Satisfactory result.3?The electrochemical sensor is prepared with glassy carbon electrode which is fixed with Pt-[BMIm] PF6 nano-fluids by drop-coating.And a new method for simultaneous determination of UA,DA and AA mixed solution by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The experimental results show that the ILPtNFs modified electrode can achieve a good separation of DA,UA and AA.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the concentration of UA,DA and AA were changed when the concentration was in the range of 4.0×10-6 – 1.0×10-4 mol/l,and the peak current of the two groups had a good linear relationship with the concentration.established a new method for the determination of UA and DA with differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Our experimental results show that Au-[BMIm] PF6 nano-fluids has obvious electro-catalytic activity for UA and DA,and DA presented a reversible redox peaks on the modified electrode,and DA and UA are separated well.With the optimized experimental conditions,UA and DA peak showed good linear relationship when its concentration range from 4.0 × 10-6 to 1.0 × 10-4 mol/l,At the same time,the concentration of UA,DA and AA were changed,and the peak current of the three groups had a good linear relationship with the concentration.The method can be used for the quantitative detection of DA and AA mixed samples in real samples with satisfactory results.
