The National Wetland Park(NWP)is one of the important forms of national ecological construction for the purpose of wetland ecosystem protection and the rational utilization of resources,which can be used for the restoration of wetland protection,publicity and education,scientific research and monitoring,and ecological tourism.With the further promotion of NWP,more and more Water Sources Reserve(WSR)are partially or completely overlay by NWP,both of them are significant forms of protected areas,however,the functional regionalization and main function seems different.In order to further coordinate the functional regionalization of WSR and NWP,and improve the comprehensive ecosystem services of the protected areas,we take the Cilu Lake in Jilin Province as a case study.Data are collected from literature,field investigation,remote sensing analysis and so on,to investigate the differences between WSR and NWP ecological functional zones,guided by the ecosystem services function theory.The market value method,reforestation cost method,subtitute method,shadow project method,contingent valuation method and research outcomes of the Costanza are used to evaluate the value of wetland ecosystem services in the Cilu Lake.This paper will provide scientific support for wetland protection managers on the basis of the ecosystem services evaluation of Cilu Lake.Research shows:(1)Cilu Lake wetland mainly consist of swamp,river and artificial wetland.The natural wetland include permanent river wetland,shrub swamps,marshes wetland.simultaneously,artificial wetland contains pond wetlands,paddy wetland,and aquacultural wetland.Thus,total wetland area amounted to 514.5hm2,accounted for 80.1% of the total area of the NWP,the result shows the wetland ecological significance is prominent.(2)Cilu Lake provides a wide variety of ecological services,climate regulation,supply space for research and education,and habitat of biodiversity are the most important services,then it can store the flood,regulate water quality,however,the function of aquatic product production,recreation and landscape are weak.As a major WSR,the mainly function are water supply and climate regulation.(3)The ecosystem services evaluation Cilu Lake as NWP showed that the annual wetland ecosystem services is up to 95.24 million Yuan/year,while regulating services >provisioning services >supporting services >cultural services;And the optimized and coordinated management in overlayed areas of NWP and WSR can increase the integrated ecosystem services value by 11.3 million Yuan/year,in which provisioning services increase 10.94 million Yuan/year,while pollutant degradation function decrease 0.147 million Yuan/year for the protection of water quality in WSR.(4)To optimize the management of NWP in WSR,it is very critical to coordinate or merge the organizational relationships between the management institutions of them;In the area inside the NWP but outside the second protection zone of WSR,the popularization of science,restoration and protection,monitoring and other measures must be considered into the potential impact of pollutants or cancellation,in order to ensure the environmental quality of the core areas in WSR.
