Calculation And Effect Decomposition Of Embodied Carbon Emissions Of Chongqing Export Trade

No matter whether these delegates who took part in the conference negotiated to implement its rules of "Paris agreement",also regardless of whether all countries will implement the action of "national independent contribution",low-carbon has become a global consensus.The voices to the development of low carbon trade is increasing,the national "Thirteenth-Five" plan pointed out that it's necessary to adhere to the green,low-carbon cycle development,exert our efforts to improve the ecological environment and promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.The development of low-carbonization of export trade comes not only from the external pressure,but also from the urgent need to change the China's economic growth way.Chongqing,as a free trade pilot site in China,is also a China's Central large city,so it is necessary to study the low-carbonization of export trade of Chongqing.Based on this background above,this paper conducts a research and an analysis to the related issues of the low-carbonization of export trade of Chongqing.Except the introduction in the first chapter,this paper includes another five chapters.In the second chapter,it mainly relates to the concept and theories of low-carbon foreign trade,and reveals that the embodied carbon in the foreign trade is a kind of transfer of embodied carbon;low-carbonization of export trade is that trade between different countries or areas are on the way along the development of low energy consumption,low emission and low pollution.As an important port of Chinese inland open city,Chongqing should uphold the concept of sustainable development,make the management requirements of carbon dioxide emissions and environmental pollution more serious to achieve low-carbonization of trade.In the third chapter,this paper conducts an analysis on the current situations ofChongqing's export trade and Chongqing's embodied carbon emissions of export trade.The results show that under the new normal economic situation,Chongqing's export trade scale has decreased slightly,and less energy are consumed in the production of final products and most are consumed in the production of intermediate inputs for most industries of Chongqing;although there is a decline in the whole carbon emissions trend,the embodied carbon emissions is increasing in scale.In the fourth chapter,by using the factor decomposition model,logarithmic mean Divisia index method,this paper analyzes these factors that have influences on low-carbonization of trade from the perspective of the industry level and the mode of export trade,finding that the export trade scale,trade structure and related technology are important factors influencing the implied carbon emissions of foreign trade.Among them,there is a positive correlation between the scale of export trade and the implied carbon emissions of Chongqing's export trade and this scale contributes greatly to the increase of implied carbon emissions of export trade.In the fifth chapter,this paper conducts an research on the low-carbonization path of Chongqing's foreign trade and related countermeasures,reveals that Chongqing should follow the standard of low-carbonization according to different countries in the present stage,which is to import high carbon products and export low carbon products;then Chongqing should adjust trade structure and improve the low carbon technology to import low carbon products and export low carbon products,which helps to make the foreign trade become low-carbonization.In terms of export trade,processing trade should be selective absorption and efficient.Then from the aspects of foreign trade structure,low-carbon technology,energy consumption structure,carbon tax collection and the awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction,this paper provides feasible suggestions for Chongqing's export trade.In the sixth chapter,it summarizes the research and takes out its prospect of the research.
