| In recent years, coping with climate change and air pollution has become a global environmental issue of common concern. At the international level, the "mandatory emission reduction model" in the "Kyoto Agreement" period has been transformed into the "National Self-Determined Contribution(INDC)model" in the "Paris Agreement" period, indicating a"hard indicator" for global common struggle. At the national level,China’s regional air pollution with industrial emissions as its core is serious, and some cities even have "smog"phenomenon many times; As a responsible country,in the face of the INDC model of greenhouse gases at the international level and the severe form of domestic air pollution, the State Council formulated the "13th Five-Year Plan" Ecological Environmental Protection Rules and the "13th Five-Year Plan" to control greenhouse gas emissions.Program".In order to better achieve the goal of low-carbon and low-pollutant emission,it needs the active cooperation of each province. To this end,it is of far-reaching significance to study the transfer of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in the industrial trade of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Based on a large amount of domestic and foreign literature, this paper uses the multi-region input-output model(MRIO)SDA model and synergy calculation model to calculate the changes in carbon, sulfur dioxide transfer, driving factors, and synergistic reductions in industrial trade in the Yangtze River Economic Zone Schedule. The results show that:(1)according to the regional spatial distribution, except for 2012,the amount of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in the northern area of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was higher than that in the southern area, and the amount of carbon dioxide in the northern area of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was higher than that in the southern area, and the amount of sulfur dioxide in the eastern area was higher than that in the western area.(2)in terms of the total regional outflow, the total amount of carbon and sulfur dioxide in the industrial trade of the Yangtze economic belt showed an increasing trend, the amount of carbon dioxide in the industrial trade of the Yangtze Economic Belt showed a decreasing trend, and the amount of sulfur dioxide in the industrial trade of the Yangtze economic belt showed an increasing trend.(3)In 2007,2010 and 2012,light industry and heavy industry dominated the shift and import of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in the industrial classified trade of the provinces in the Yangtze economic belt.(5)In specific sub-sectors,the energy industry’s embodied carbon and sulphur dioxide transfers(in and out)are mainly based on the production and supply of electricity and heat;Chemical Industry and metal smelting and calendering industry are the core industries for the shift of carbon and sulfur dioxide in heavy industry trade;Food manufacturing, tobacco processing industry and textile industry are the main industries of light industry trade with carbon and sulfur dioxide transferred out(in); The transportation equipmentmanufacturing industry is the main industry of high-tech industry trade which contains carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide.(5)The amount of carbon emissions reduction of the industry will significantly affect the sulfur dioxide emissions, that is,each 10,000 tons of carbon emissions will increase the sulfur dioxide emissions by 0.0021 million tons;It is further found that the synergistic emission of industrial carbon and sulfur dioxide in different regions of the Yangtze River economic belt is significantly lower than the annual average of historical emissions, and the potential of synergistic emission reduction is significantly increased. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations on the basis of the above conclusions. |
