Site mixed water gel explosive is a kind of water gel explosive is suitable for auto loading,relative to the drug product has sensitized volume,without the use of expanded perlite sensitization,reduce production cost,improve the production environment.In the process of production,storage and transportation,it has good safety and fast and easy charge.Therefore,it is of great practical importance to study a kind of water gel explosive on-site mixed.In this paper,Sesbania powder content on the site mixed water gel matrix was investigated by measuring the viscosity and storage stability of the matrix,to determine the content of sesbania gum;and chemical foaming principle based on the analysis of promoter categories,adding methods and adding amount,concentration of foaming agent and adding amount of crosslinking agent amount and the influence of mixing temperature and chemical foaming crosslinking on water gel matrix;finally the water gel explosive under 23? for sensitized energy detection of detonation velocity and underwater explosion.The results are as follows:1.water adhesive matrix viscosity increases with the decrease of temperature,increased with Sesbania powder content;the best content of site mixed water gel explosive formula Momoka phthalocyanine powder 1%,5?15? matrix can be stored for more than a month,has better storage stability.2.of Sesbania powder content is 1%of water gel matrix chemical foaming and crosslinking,the results showed that at 23?,the optimum concentration of citric acid was 20%?25%,the best dosage is 0.4%?0.5%,the optimal concentration of sodium nitrite was 25%?30%,the best dosage is 0.35%?0.4%;35?,the best concentration of Asia sodium nitrate is 15%?20%,the best dosage is 0.5%?0.7%;5?,adding amount of sodium nitrite in 1.2%?1.3%concentration in 30%?35%sensitized and crosslinking effect is good;from the amount of crosslinking agent,amount of crosslinking is appropriate in 0.9%?1.1%.3.Can detection of sensitization after water gel explosive detonation velocity and underwater explosion results show that the detonation velocity of water gel explosive chemical sensitization of the first increased with time after reduced,foaming time is 1 hours to reach the maximum detonation velocity,the maximum value is 4688m/s,a week after the detonation velocity can be maintained at more than 3500 m/s;underwater explosion energy first increased and then decreased,sensitized three days of water gel explosive underwater explosion energy reaches the maximum,10.53MJ · kg-1,with better performance of blasting.In summary,the design of site mixed water gel matrix formulation is reasonable,the Sesbania powder content site mixed water gel explosive required viscosity and stability;water gel explosive sensitization and after crosslinking can meet the blasting performance within a week of steady;site mixed water gel explosive technology is feasible,on-site mixed water gel explosives with feasible.
