Rock-type water-gel explosives usually use expanded perlite as physical sensitizer and density regulator,but expanded perlite has low density,high transportation costs,dust pollution in the production environment,and it is fluffy porous particles.And easy to crack during transportation and use.Emulsion explosives adjust the density of explosives and increase explosive hot spots through the reaction of sodium nitrite and ammonium nitrate to generate bubbles.Someone has used this method to prepare chemically sensitized water-gel explosives,but the sensitized bubbles tend to accumulate and become larger and have after-effects.No mass production has been formed.This paper studies a chemically sensitized water-gel explosive with stable sensitized bubbles and no after-effect,which has important practical value for reducing costs and improving the production environment.In this paper,the crystallization point of the salt solution is tested by orthogonal experiment to determine the ratio of the main components of the water-gel explosive;the viscosity experiment is used to analyze the influence of the type and content of the gelling agent on the viscosity of the water-gel explosive;the density of the explosive is tested Analyze the influence of PH value on the bubble stability of water-gel explosives,and analyze the influence of bubble stabilizer F and foaming agent concentration on bubble stability by testing the surface tension of salt solution and the observation of bubble microstructure;Analyzed the detonation velocity,fierceness,impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of the chemically sensitized water-gel explosive,analyzed the influence of the content of the foaming agent on the explosive performance and safety performance of the explosive,and carried out an industrial trial production test.The results showed that the ratio of the main components of the explosive was monomethylamine nitrate:ammonium nitrate:sodium nitrate:water=33:41:11:13,and its crystallization point was 34.6?.As the content of gelling agent increases,the viscosity of the colloid increases.When the content of gelling agent is 1.2%,the viscosity of guar gum is 23.9% higher than that of Sesbania Gum;when the p H value is greater than 5.8,There are few bubbles in the sensitization process.When the PH value is less than 5.1,the foaming speed is fast,and have after-effect,and the crosslinking time is also fast,which is not conducive to charging.With the addition of bubble stabilizer F from 0 to 0.25%,the surface tension of the salt solution dropped from73.34 m N/m to 67.85 m N/m.In the case of the same sodium nitrite content,the foaming agent with a low concentration produces a more uniform distribution of bubbles and a smaller bubble diameter;at the same concentration,as the content of the foaming agent increases,the density of the explosive decreases.When the foaming agent concentration is 15% and the adding amount is 0.4%,the explosive density is 1.15g/cm3,the detonation velocity is 4607m/s,the fierceness is 16.33 mm,and the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity are both 0,the performance of industrial trial production products is stable.The formula adopts a composite gelling agent,strictly controls the PH and foaming agent concentration and addition amount,the prepared chemically sensitized water-gel explosive has uniform bubble distribution,small bubble diameter,and no after-effect,explosive performance,safety performance and The storage stability meets the requirements of industrial explosives.Figure [51] table [26] reference [87]...
