Study On Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Air Pollution Influencing Factors And Countermeasures From The Perspective Of Synergy

With the rapid development of economy,continuous expansion of city and increasing of population,energy consumption increases unceasingly and air pollution problems grow increasingly serious,which have brought human society tremendous economic loss and residents health lots of harm.As one of the three major economic growth pole of China,the synergetic development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration was put forward to national strategy,which has been suffering the air pollution problems all this years.In other words,air pollution problems have a great negative impact on the synergetic development of beijing-tianjin-hebei.Based on the theory of urban complex system management,thesis builds the theoretical framework icluding synergy theory,spatial autocorrelation theory and catastrophe theory.According to the concept of order parameter introduced by synergy theory,thesis attempts to explore the key cities of 13 cities of Beijing-tianjin-hebei region having important influence to air pollution phenomenon,and then analyze the key cities of the decisive factors in improving air quality.Firstly,thesis applies the theory of spatial autocorrelation to the Beijing-tianjin-hebei 13 cities to analyze the synergy effect of air pollution on the space,the results show that Shijiazhuang,Hengshui,Xingtai and Baoding four urban air pollution are serious,and have a significant influence on overall beijing-tianjin-hebei region,indicated by the global autocorrelation index Morans 'I and local indicators of a scatter diagram and figure,and synergy theory will play an important role if these cities air quality improved.Then based on the catastrophe theory,improving urban air quaility factor multilevel model established,thesis using the mutation progression method to Shijiazhuang,Hengshui,Xingtai,Baoding four cities besides Tianjin and Beijing,to analyze 32 indicators of urban complex system,obtained the key factors for each city to improve air quality.Finally,according to the analysis results,thesis propose the rationalization proposal about how to improve regional air quality combining the synergy development of the Beijing-tianjin-hebei.
