| Vertical sieve tray with swirl atomizing is a new type of tray is designed based on vertical sieve tray,extending gas flow line and increasing gas-liquid contact time.In this paper,the hydrodynamic performance and lifting capacity of vertical sieve tray with swirl atomizing were studied,to obtain the best structural parameters.The hydrodynamic performance and lifting capacity were studied by changing operating conditions in water-air system,and the rationality of the design was verified by comparative experiments.The dry pressure drop increases with the increase of F factor.Compared with VST,the total pressure drop of vertical sieve tray with swirl atomizing is reduced by about 13%.The total pressure drop increases with the increase of F factor,the height of clear liquid and bottom clearance;the total plate pressure drop decreases with the increase of the ratio of the annular area to the cross-sectional area of the riser;the total pressure drop increases at first then decrease with the increase of ratio of height to diameter of riser;the total plate pressure drop of bubble cap is maximum in three kinds of cap.The relationship of clear liquid height in different zone of the tray:middle zone<export zone<the average clear liquid height<bow zone<import zone.The average clear liquid height increases with the increase of liquid flow and weir height,the average clear liquid height decreases with the increase of F factor.The leakage rate decreases with the increase of F factor and with the increase of liquid flow and weir height.Compared with VST,the relative elevating amount of liquid of vertical sieve tray with swirl atomizing is increase by about 98%.The relative amount of the liquid decreases with the increase of F factor and increases with the increase of clear liquid height.The relative amount of the liquid increases first and then remains at a certain level with the increase of the ratio of the annular area to the cross-sectional area of the riser.The relative amount of the liquid at first then decrease with the increase of bottom clearance height,ratio of height to diameter of riser and the ratio of the plate hole area to the cross-sectional area of the riser.The trend of the relative lifted-up is related to the structure of the cap and is independent of the number of blades.The average error between the calculated value and the experimental value is 7.4%. |
