Study On Comprehensive Evaluation System Of Oil And Gas Exploration And Exploitation Blocks

As the irreplaceable strategic one,oil and gas resources are the economic vitals of the world.In recent years,oil and gas blocks,which are the basic unit in the process of oil and gas exploration,are constantly changing and generating large amounts of data with the rapid development of energy industry.It's beneficial for benign development of oil and gas exploration that to analyze and evaluate the oil and gas exploration and production blocks,based on the data generated in the actual production.The project is constructed basing on the oil and gas resources management platform of the oil and gas resources strategic research center of the Ministry of Land and Resources.Simultaneously it makes full use of the existing oil and gas exploration and mining blocks and relevant data,analyzes the data changes,establishes the evaluation system,develops the oil and gas exploration and mining comprehensive evaluation system,and based on the evaluation model of oil and gas exploration and mining blocks to evaluate.The purpose is to establish a reasonable comprehensive evaluation model of oil and gas exploration and production blocks and to evaluate it in multiple angles,and to provide decision-making reference for decision makers as well.The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on event based Spatio-temporal Data Model for oil and gas blocks,it provides reasonable storage of oil and gas block time,space,attributes and event information.And the statistical analysis of spatial and attribute data of oil and gas blocks based on time is realized.(2)Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,the comprehensive evaluation system of oil and gas exploration and mining blocks is established,the fuzzy processes of qualitative and quantitative indexes are completed,and the comprehensive evaluation model of oil and gas exploration and production is constructed.Meanwhile,evaluating the block comprehensively by block resource,storage production,block exploration etc.(3)According to the software engineering specification,the oil and gas exploration and production comprehensive evaluation system is developed.Users can query and analyze the data indexes of oil and gas exploration and production blocks by it.Also to evaluate the oil and gas exploration and mining blocks from various aspects.(4)Based on GIS technology to visualize oil and gas spatial data and result of analysis and evaluation.To show the spatial distribution of oil and gas blocks through the map;to show the historical evolution of oil and gas blocks based on time-space sequences;to show the block analysis and evaluation results on the map by hierarchical rendering.
