With the development of the machining industry,the market has put a higher standard on the machine tool,which makes the tool grinding machine tool processing put forward higher requirements,in order to better achieve the tool grinding and tool performance research,The current teaching and research laboratories in the manual universal tool grinding machine motion control system design and development has become a tool grinding machine improvement of a key study.The current motion control system has gradually moved from the closed structure of the year,in order to meet the requirements of the use of laboratory tool grinder,but also makes the grinder control system in line with modern manufacturing open and flexible processing needs.In this paper,we can design a tool system which can realize the tool grinding machine for the peripheral grinding of the ceramic sample by parameter programming.Compared with the traditional numerical control system,the G code is no longer needed,and the hardware and software development is greatly improved.In this paper,a ceramic sample grinding machine control system based on CODESYS is designed by studying the tool grinder and motion control system.At the beginning of this paper,the development of tool grinder and motion control system is discussed.This paper analyzes the design necessity and design trend of the tool grinder control system in the laboratory,then analyzes the mechanical structure of the grinder body,clarifies the working principle of the grinder,the working process,and analyzes how the control system can control the motion system through the control table.Secondly,the design of the motion control system based on CODESYS and industrial real-time Ethernet bus is selected through the comparative analysis.The hardware is selected and analyzed.The use of the five-axis board,the selection of the motor and the auxiliary equipment are described in detail.Finally,the CODESYS software The design of the grinder control system is designed to make the grinding machine realize the automatic motion control and manual motion control by parameterized programming.The man-machine interaction interface is designed and understood,and the software application interface of the control system is briefly introduced.At the end of this paper,through the preparation of the ceramic blade cutting,and then improved tool grinder blade grinding,the results verify the feasibility of the design to achieve the initial processing requirements.
