The coal industry has always been one of the most important pillars of the national economy.In response to the slogan of "accelerating the research and development and application of unmanned coal mining technology" put forward in the 13th five-year plan,it is necessary to develop new technologies and theories of fully automate mining mechanism and realize unmanned operations of dangerous works.The intelligent and automatic development of coal machine equipment and the intelligent mining of coal mine are inseparable from the control device with good performance and high reliability.To satisfy the functional requirements of intelligent and less-personal development in coal mines,this thesis takes the control system as the research focus,uses the wireless remote control as the implementation platform,and the hydraulic support controller as the control object,combining with the working environment of the coal mines,designs a CODESYS Intrinsically safe remote control for mining.By analyzing the working environment of the fully mechanized mining face and comparing with the existing wireless technology,Zigbee technology is selected as the communication technology of the remote control,and a tree structure is used to form the ZigBee network.A universal embedded CODES YS platform is designed to improve the real-time,portability and universality of the system.According to the actual needs of safety,performance and cost of this subject,the handheld remote control uses the DIGI 6UL development board as the control core,and the XBee3 radio frequency module as the communication unit.The receiver uses the JN5168 radio frequency module as the core and installs at the controller end of the hydraulic support.The remote is powered by a lithium iron phosphate battery pack.In order to ensure the safety of use,BQ76930 chip,BQ78350 chip and LTM8062 chip are selected to form the battery management module to complete the power detection and charge and discharge management functions.And for the safety problems that may be caused by the movement of the operator during the operation of the wireless remote control,the RSSI positioning algorithm is used to determine the location of the personnel,and the hydraulic support of the location of the personnel is automatically locked to ensure the safety of the personnel.Finally,on-line debugging is carried out to verify the functions of the remote control system.The results show that the delay time of the embedded CODES YS platform system designed in this thesis can meet the real-time requirements within 30μs.In the laboratory simulation of the mine operating environment,the remote control has excellent communication performance,and can achieve the function of controlling the action of the hydraulic support through the communication with the receiver.RSSI positioning algorithm achieved success.The above experiments prove that the CODESYS based mine safety remote control designed in this subject is successfully developed,which promoted the intelligent development of coal machine equipment.
