MH-40 shovel a scooter is underground trackless transport heavy equipment with the main body of the equipment,since was introduction of domestic mining,greatly improve the efficiency of the coal mine ffully mechanized working face move down surface,has been widely used in coal mining.As the imported equipment,however,often encounter the following problems:because he did not adapt to the operation condition of the domestic mining,part of the mechanical parts and vulnerability,redundant load design;After-sales service not in time,the late high maintenance costs,cycle is too long.In order to solve the above problems,this paper,based on the common faults of the model feedback,find out the vulnerability,consumable parts,theoretical analysis and experiments,and carries on the upgrade.First of all,the shovel difference analysis of research status both at home and abroad,learn about their own design concept,exploring the differences and the reasons behind.According to the usage of the model of feedback,select several vulnerable,consumable parts,and easy to loss a preliminary analysis of the reason..Secondly,through the establishment of three-dimensional model,using finite element analysis technology,the motion simulation analysis was carried out on the machine,and the regular wearing parts,spare parts and key force of the stress concentration areas of spare parts,the key analysis processing,optimization measures are put forward,to the actual use,maintenance,puts forward the opinions,and complete industrial transformation.Finally,after the completion of the transformation,and through the whole vehicle model,and analyze the transformation in the unit stress distribution under different working conditions,to verify that the retrofit scheme.To complete the prototype optimization,also conducted industrial test finite element simulation prototype analysis and physical prototype of the two test,not only to ensure the success of the physical prototype,improve the economic efficiency,but also improve the guidance and equipment of this kind of finite element analysis skills and technical characteristics.
