For some horizontal wells in Changqing Oilfield with serious sand production and long production time,sand beds and bridges with severe cementation have been formed in the horizontal section.It will cause serious wear of oil production equipment and bring certain safety risks to the extraction.In addition,the formation pressure is relatively low and the formation leakage is large.The existing horizontal well sanding technology has certain problems of insufficient capacity in protecting the reservoir and breaking the sand bed and sand bridge.Therefore,this paper designed a turbine-driven horizontal well sand removal device,and developed a set of supporting sand removal technology to solve the problem of serious sand bed and sand bridge cementing of horizontal wells.The characteristic of the turbine-driven horizontal well sand removal device is the combination of the milling sanding bed and the stored sand grains,which is conducive to improving the sand removal efficiency of the horizontal well.The main contents of this article are: the overall scheme design of the turbine-driven horizontal well sand removal device.the dynamics of the internal flow field of the turbine drive part of the main component of the device.The fluid flow path inside the turbine is modeled,the flow field is simulated using Fluent software,and the velocity and pressure distribution rules inside the turbine are obtained.The simulation is post-processed to obtain the hydraulic performance characteristic curve of the turbine and the optimal speed 2500 r/min.Next,the analysis of the changes in the fluid flow performance inside the turbine provides a theoretical reference for the design of the turbine blade.combined with the actual working conditions of the device and the existing sand blasting technology,a matching sand removal process was developed.The device designed this time has a good effect on sand beds and sand bridges with severe cementation of horizontal wells,which can improve the efficiency of sand removal and protect oil and gas reservoirs,and has certain utilization value for the continuous exploitation of horizontal wells in oil and gas fields.
