Stem separating device is a device which can separate the stem and silk mixture separated by the original machine for two times,which improves the utilization ratio of tobacco to a certain extent.There are more or less researchs on the cigarette companies both at home and abroad.In general,the separation technology in foreign countries is relatively mature and the domestic separation technology is still in a relatively backward stage.And the serious waste of tobacco.In recent years,many cigarette factories and related technology companies have developed patents on the separation of stem and the recovery of tobacco,which have greatly promoted the development of the tobacco industry,especially for the development of the stem separation device.First of all,consult a large number of documents,study the theoretical basis of aerodynamics.Then,with the help of relevant documents,the research status of the domestic and foreign stalemate separation device is studied.On the basis of the research of the device at home and abroad,the problems and shortcomings of the device are analyzed and studied.Based on the theoretical basis of gas dynamics and the Lagrange flow trajectory model,the flow of gas in a stemer separation unit is deeply analyzed.Through these we can find the law and make use of the law to make the separation effect best.With the help of FIUENT software,the gas phase flow field in the suspension cavity of two air separation systems under different air pressure is analyzed.The relative excellent air pressure is obtained by comparison and analysis.Then the motion of solid particles in the suspension cavity is analyzed by using the Euler Lagrange air flow trajectory model on the basis of the air pressure.Through the analysis,the separation effect of the suspension cavity under the air pressure is analyzed,and the relevant data are arranged to form a set of more complete control system for wind flow.The separation system and the simulation method studied in this article are quite representative.The analysis results obtained by the simulation can provide some theoretical support for the development and development of the post signature separation equipment.
