With the rapid development of the global economy,the energy crisis and environmental pollution are two issues that have become increasingly prominent,the development and utilization of new energy sources are imperative,the research and application of photovoltaic/wind energy and hydrogen is increasingly widespread.However the inherent intermittent issues of solar energy,as well as the fluctuations restricts its utilization.In response to this issue,the wind-photovoltaic-hydrogen generation system scheme is proposed to eliminate fluctuations arising from the photovoltaic/wind effect and improve system efficiency.Firstly,this thesis does carry on the analysis of the wind-photovoltaic-hydrogen generation system,Including component of the structure andbasic principle of the photovoltaic?wind?electrolyzer? fuel cell and the controller of the system,this thesis sets up a mathematical model and does some matching and selection of every part.Next,on the basis of meeting the energy needs of the load,according to the working mode of the wind-photovoltaic-hydrogen generation system,which contains day mode,night mode and continuous rain mode,and working characteristics of every part,this thesis designed a and control syetem and did some matching and selection of monitoring devices,which includes the power supply circuit,acquisition circuit,A/D circuit and alarm circuit,and designed schematic for hardware and proposes a specific energy coordination control strategy.Based on the Labview software completed the PC monitoring and control system interface,and built the power generation system of hardware system,and the communication of upper and under machine.And the test shows the system works well.The last,the experimental results shows that according to the design and the test of different working mode that the thesis did,the wind-photovoltaic-hydrogen generation system can eliminate fluctuations arising from the photovoltaic/wind effect and improve system efficiency.And the monitoring and control system can achieve the goals that be set based on meeting the energy needs of the load.Although this research is done in the laboratory,but the experimental scheme and the monitoring and control system has certain reference significance for future engineering application.
